Absolutely the worst service. They agreed to come and buy a bedroom suite from me. I advised them that there was a 2 floor walk up and there was 2+ needed people to lift it. On arrival there was only 1 man, who advised me that there was a 'charge' for having more than 1 person. Which is crap, i was never informed of this when i spoke to the partner. This sales venue is very ordinary. If you are selling a piece that you cannot get to them, and they pick it up, it will cost you a minimum of $65 and up to $95 even though it is their truck and their personnel that pick the goods up not an external contractor. They get 40% of the sale price and you get 60% less the pick up price. They give you a price range they expect the piece to sell for but they can, and do drop the price without any consultation with you.
