My Pet Warehouse Physical store (page 2 of 2)

we visited the store a few weeks ago and we were really impressed with their product lines - they have a massive range! I placed an only order a few days ago and it arrived today - VERY happy! love how they included a pic of the person who packed for us and a bag of lollies for the owner. Will certainly use them again!

Always fantastic service from the team at Osbourne Park store. I order online as the store is too far for me to travel to. I get my order shipped very quickly and always packaged well so no damage in transit. If anything is out of stock they call you promptly to see if you want to wait for the item to come in stock or just get a refund. I like that they offer a variety of good quality food options for the small animals like rabbits and guinea pigs - its not always about cats and dogs!. Very happy with the service.

Ended up buying something from the South Melbourne My Pet Warehouse a few times now and each time without fail the staff come off very rude, as if I'm the one forcing them to work there.

I'm just there shopping normally for a few things but their total unfriendly, dismissive attitude put me off.

Not sure if My Pet Warehouse is just too big now that they hire staff that don't care one bit, but I'll be avoiding them and prefer to pay the same if not cheaper at a smaller pet store that has knowledgeable staff that are willing to help

Being a pet food nutritionist I struggle to find decent foods readily available, especially in Perth. Fortunately I have a My Pet Warehouse near me and they seem to go over and above the norm with their stock, with high quality grain and grain free foods like Canadae, Artemis, Black Hawk, and Holistic Select. The pricing seems reasonable to, mainly because they cater more for internet sales than in store.

Service wise I've never had a problem with the staff, and they generally seem knowledgable and enthusiastic with the higher quality products they sell.
Better quality foods available than most retailers.

I have dealt with My Pet Warehouse for over 18 months now and have found them brilliant to deal with. Great follow up service, they make purchasing easy and you can pick up from any of the stores which is very beneficial to me as I only travel to Melbourne every few months or so. To me they provide real service.
1st Class Service
