Yes this business is in Germany, was in australia within 2 days and just delivered today and i love it, will definitely buy from here again when i want another canvas print. Was here in 19 days the delay of course was australia

Don’t be fooled by the mypicture.com.au address. This is not an Australian company!
My order took weeks, and it took weeks to find out even when it would arrive. The website is very deceptive

Production had not started after two weeks. When I inquired I realised this is not an Australian company, despite the Australian web address.
4 weeks later I was informed my canvas is on its way. From Germany.
If you do not want to wait for your product for weeks and weeks don’t use this company.

Beyond happy with my picture I received today :-) My girl passed away last October and this is just the best memory I could of imagined. Thank you :-) I will be buying again from "My Picture"

I submitted a fairly low resolution image for printing on a large canvas and the image print quality at that size was amazing. These guys are real professionals and delivery was very prompt.

I was happily surprised at the ease of ordering, the creative options available and the speed of production. Great value for a reasonable price. I will use this service again.

Ordered 2 months ago, no sign of product. Followed up a couple of times, they asked for my address and phone number (again), think this was a waste of time, money and effort. I’m being strung along. Also think that all the good reviews are fake. Lesson learned. Buy local (although hard to tell sometimes when buying online).

Very impressed with the finished product and the fact that I received it within 10 days. I was concerned that you were overseas and it would take forever to get here, especially cause it’s fir a birthday present.
It arrived in plenty of time and I know the recipient is going to love it.

Canvas print of a pet we recently lost. Great quality print that we will display to keep her memory with us. Postage took a little while longer than expected, but out of the control of MyPicture and probably due to Covid.

I am still waiting for my product to be delivered after two months. No responses to my emails. Very unhappy with the service. It looks like I have lost my money.

I placed an order after hours, then requested for it to be cancelled only a few hours later (still after hours) via the correct process as per the website. Should be a black & white process, however I have so far got the run around for a week with no resolution in site. Extremely unprofessional and can't even provide an update on my reimbursement. Disgraceful and am posting on social media and notifying all colleagues & friends.

My photo blocks were so awesome, better than I thought they would turn out, I would definitely order more again in the future. I will definitely recommend to family & friends.

I have ordered many items but my favourite has to be the Acrylic Photos. The definition is beautiful and the quality fantastic. I have also purchased personalised blankets and they are flawless as well. Production is superfast and delivery quick as well.

Love my canvasses, very pleased with the quality and if I had more walls I would order more. We will be ordering other items from My Picture as the pricing is excellent as is the product

I have been waiting over a month for my order and it doesnt even give me an estimated date and there is no where i can contact. Quite frustrating. Starting to wonder if the other review were bought because something isnt adding up

Absolutely love my mini canvases the quality was really good. I would use this company again. They arrived quicker than what I expected and no damage at all to any.

I ordered two poster prints over a month ago and am still waiting for them to arrive. Repeated emails were ignored and when I finally got a response, I was told the same thing that I was told 2 days after I paid for my order - "Job has been processed and I will be emailed when it is dispatched by a courier." Have come to the conclusion that I will not get a refund and/or my ordered prints. I would avoid My Picture unless you want to be ripped off and disappointed.

Paid over $80 and never received my good and they won’t answer any emails have sent multiple emails and never gotten a reply . I believe this site to be a scam .I have opened a case with PayPal now and still have no response . Stay away from this site

I tried not to go too big in size with my order, as the pictures were borderline for quality, in the end, the pictures were of great, very happy with the end results.

i recently ordered a couple of times from you guys. it was surprising to see the quality and the detailed perfection. i have tried other similar sites but---i would not hesitate to recommend you to all my family and friends. i work in a very large company and have distributed your web site, and i know for a fact that a couple of people have ordered from you guys after seen your products when delivered to me.

Ordered several items together, one went missing in post which they immediately reprinted and sent replacement, all products arrived in perfect condition and products are amazing quality, great value for money. 100% recommend this company and definitely be using them again.

Service was fast, kept me informed and my photo turned out better than expected. 16yrs old pic and was worried it would warp/go blurry when doing something this size. I love it, and its compact enough it can sit on a shelf in full view for the rest of my life. Thank you guys xxx

It’s been two months and my order has still not arrived, and with no tracking and updates, it’s not looking like it will. Even given the current climate, this is appalling!
