I had four aluminium prints for myself and two for a client. The order process was super easy. It was also a breeze to add a different delivery address and addressee for the client job. The pics took just over 10 working days to arrive. The finish was excellent. Client very happy. Aluminium backframes were well constructed. This has not been my first order and certainly won't be my last!

The product delivered was of good quality and packaged sufficiently to protect it's integratory during the journey. Shipping costs are quite reasonable and the product arrived much quicker than anticipated.

Placed order weeks ago for 2 canvas prints for someone’s bday. Production was complete within 24hrs as promised however it also states delivery will be within 14 business days. It has been much longer than that and I was surprised to see that my items aren’t even “in delivery country”. Despite the website being .com.au it is an overseas company and cannot fulfill promises on shipping times. I’m unable to get an update on shipping except that my items aren’t yet in Au and it has been 20 business days. Won’t ever order from them again and I strongly encourage anyone else to consider paying a little more for a local company.

My order is amazing, great quality and came quickly. Very happy and highly recommend. Everyone should have great pics done for their own home or for gifts. They are really worth a try!

I got a few cushions for my friend’s 60th birthday present with some memorable photos. They are perfect, great quality and so soft. I have bought these before so am a return customer, they are such a great way to recall a memory

I downloaded a photo from my phone went through the process & about two weeks later i received my canvas witch now hungs in pride & place would highly recomend My Picture fast efferent service

Overall - great! From the print, to the price and shipping, very satisfied. Some very small points where it was lacking - they don’t make it clear that items are shipped from Germany. They don’t tell you the carrier, so tracking numbers are useless. (My purchase was shipped with UPS, but I don’t know if this is standard). Nicely framed, but is Perspex (completely reasonable for the price, and I guess safer to ship). Will be purchasing from them again.

Photo of babies absolutely all I got were photos of the clothes,babies heads were completely cut off.so angry.i will not use this site again.waste of time and my money.this is 30 plus words

Received my canvas and am very happy with how it turned out. Price was great (it was on sale). Was given many more size options than most other picture printing websites which is why we decided to use My Picture. Postage was good - didn't receive any specific tracking info but arrived when I expected it to. Overall really happy with my purchase!

Pictures are fantastic quality, they arrived quickly and in great condition. Packaging was light but safe with each picture individually wrapped and put together to ensure no damage occurs to them

Pictures weren’t put together well and had to redo them myself. Not very good quality (get what you pay for). Hangers missing from order and arrived in a torn box.

This is an overseas company based in Germany. Slow postage services. If you do purchase request a tracking postage service.
I ordered product 3 January and had to lodge numerous enquiries to try find my order.
Finally agreed to reproduce order and send with tracking. Received finally 17 March.
Unreliable. Product is good however waiting for product time was 12 weeks. Use an Australian based company.
They use a website with com.au which is false advertising. Disgusting.0/5 stars.
