After reaching menopause my anxiety levels went through the roof and along with that my insomnia. I would go for weeks on end with 2-5 hrs of sleep per night. My doctor put me onto Neurocalm which helped a little but when I started taking these I was able to go to sleep, and most importantly, stay asleep. It did take a few weeks before it really started to work, but now it's great and am getting a constant 6.5 - 7 hrs every night.

Works very well, for me 1 tablet works perfect but if I’m having a rough night I’ll take 2.. lasts about 4 hours so sometimes I take one before bed then one more if I wake up and can’t sleep.
