I am similar to the other review. Bought a pair of ballet flats. Said they were leather. Within 3 days they were marked, and not a leather mark but as though they were cheap plastic. Now reading the below reviews realise this was the case. Would not buy from Nine West again. I honestly believe you could get better quality from Kmart.

I ordered a pair of knee high boots online which takes a week to arrive from VIC to Sydney. When I openend my package, I noticed so many marks on the boots . It’s so obvious that even my boyfriend can tell it’s not a pair of brand new boots.
I brought it back to Nine West store for return. And the store assistant returned my money as it is a faulty products .
I will never shop on Nine West again . Such a dishonest business that sending used/display boots to online customer !

I bought 2 pairs of Nine West shoes on sale (Thank goodness I didn't pay full price!). I purchased the OneDance ballet flats, and the pristine sneakers. Within, no joke, 3 hours of wearing the OneDance flats, the lining has already begun to peel from the shoe. Although the description on the website purported the shoes were leather, it's only the upper that is leather, the entire lining of the shoe is artificial. Avoid this store - not worth it, even on sale. The shoes look nice, but that's all they're good for: looking at.

I bought a nice looking pair of ankle boots. The tops of the boots cut into my skin while I was walking. I ended up having two bruises, one on the front of my right ankle, and the other one on the left side of my ankle.
I could barely walk after 10 minutes of wearing the boots.

Great range of shoes for work, after hours and weekend wear. They are comfortable, stylish and come in a range of colours and textures.

The inner of some of my shoes has worn away around the toes. I would have expected them to last longer, maybe I have a brPad foot. I have had one style of shoe that seemed to run small, so buying online isn’t always the best idea with this brand.

Recently purchased some boots with afterpay. Quality & design terrible. Worst shoes ever purchased despite looking nice. Emailed customer service. They responded with generic email for return (that I have to pay for - as can not return afterpay to a store). They Did not address any of my email.
For yrs I have tolerated the hit & miss customer service in store. Sometimes it is appalling! & I have watched the quality of shoes diminish. I will never again purchase Nine West shoes. Do not waste your money!

Shoes are so nice but they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Will never buy again which is a shame because they have lovely styles. Maggie

For the past 4 years I have always gone to Nine west for my corporate work heels. I am amazed how much the quality has dropped over the years. Paid top dollar for poor leather lining. Brought $99 flats that were unbearable to wear for the whole day. My usual pumps I buy the leather comes off inside. Not returning ever

I bought Nine West shoes after hearing about their good reputation. Service in the store was great, and I confidently walked away with a pair of mid-high patent shoes for work.
After just 4 weeks of minimal wear (pretty much just 9-5 seated in an office) the heel needed repair, I felt this was too soon so I formally complained and got a brand new pair - I was again really happy with the service and hoping for better luck assuming the fist pair was a one off.

Here I am, three weeks later and the little sole heel needs replacing again. And now I basically don't have smart shoes for work this week.

Really disapointed this has happened twice?! Ridiculous for shoes that cost well over $100.

BEWARE!!!!!! If you get shoes on afterpay & need to exchange, the stupid shop won’t exchange them! Pretty stupid huh!! Nine West needs to review their purchase policy! ! .

I have bought Nine West shoes in Myer Perth. Shoes got very damaged after 2 months of wearing.Either Myer or Nine West didn’t want to take responsibility for faulty product (they are only happy to take money from sale).Very dissapointed with Myer and Nine West customer service too.

Bought nine west shoes - 2 pairs, they were too tight and as i had no receipt i contacted customer service to try and exchange, I had the bank transaction showing the amount and time and date and they wouldn’t accept this. The area manager called and was rude and not helpful what so ever! Another unhappy customer to add to the list of bad reviews below! Would not recommend this shop at all.

Have now learnt my lesson, to never buy Nine West heels again. Even though I absolutely love the styles and staples in their work pump range, I am on I think my 7th pair of Austin or very similar shoes and the heels have snapped in normal walking in offices, I do not wear to and from work it's very rare between meeting to wear. some took time in the beginning ALL the ones in the last 2 years have within 2 months. And I was lucky to be wearing them 2 times per week for a few hours around the office. All breaks are similar looks like the midway point but it's the pole in the middle not being fastened to the sole properly. Very poor workmanship for a $150 shoe! No wonder they can go on sale all the time now, cheapened their production I say!

I feel like a fool I spent $100 last year on a pair of pointy toed flats for work, no matter how many times I had them stretched by the cobbler they were still stiff and uncomfortable and caused painful cuts and bruising. They didn’t soften up at all and I had to give them away.. waste of money!
I should’ve known better but no... I saw a cute pair of ballet flats and had to have them.. same deal... Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Save your money and don’t buy these crap shoes.

Purchased flats priced at $120, and the lining was PU which made my feet sweat. For shoes advertised as leather (but only the outer layer!) this was clearly cost-cutting. Definitely worth less than half the price they retail for. Currently ripping the PU lining off. They don't enable reviews on the website either.

In one year, I have taken three pairs for Tatiana heels back to Ninewest because they were faulty and broke in the heel. Purchased my last pair in April and felt the heel go about three weeks ago slightly, and totally it has fully snapped off. Four pairs in one year? They tell me they had a faulty batch but this is ridiculous. Paid cash for these, don't have the receipt so they won't take them back. It really is not good enough. So sad, as their shoes are usually great, but they're obviously using someone else to make their products cheaply because it shows.

I have always loved & bought Nime West shoes, but never again. Every bag I own is now peeling & have to go in the bin. What a waste of money.

I bought a pair of Don't Judge flats for $119.95 in November 2016. Within two months (of only weekend wear) the linings peeled away from the soles. What a waste of money! I won't bother with the brand again.

I purchased 4 pairs of Nine West shoes from David Jones approximately 12 months ago at $150 each. I expected, at paying $150 each the shoes were of reasonable quality. First pair lasted me about 6 months before the heel snapped in half. Second pair heel broke again within 12 months of purchase. It goes without saying that I won't be purchasing nine west shoes again. Very disappointed :(
