The customer service which I have experienced at two of the Brisbane stores (namely Chermside & Indooroopilly) is a joke! The staff are more interested in their own conversations than being friendly/helpful & it is too much trouble to offer assistance. While I imagine that you are trying to reach a young, vibrant demographic, hiring unhelpful, rude young staff is not the way to gain repeat business. As much as I like Nine West shoes, I won't shop there again.

I bought some Nine West heels and within one wear the leather had torn off the heel. This is not the first time this has happened - I had exactly the same experience with a pair of Nine West shoes back in April. This is something I would expect to happen with a poor quality shoe or after several wears. For a $150 pair of heels this is not the quality I would have expected. Worst bit was they wouldn't even replace the shoe and were very unapologetic. Very unhappy and will be telling all to not buy Nine West.

Australia to NZ within 48 hours, I am so impressed with NineWest. I do almost all my shopping online now (I get wound up with falsely overly pleasant retail staff). Quite expected delivery 5-7 days as with other Australian sites. Brilliant service, thank you.

For wedge shoes and flats that cost $130 to $140 they should be leather lined. I'm so disappointed and my feet have blisters everywhere!! Used to love Ninewest but the quality is as poor as your much cheaper competitor Betts. Also this one time I had good service but normally it is really poor just like other comments noted further down. Furthermore its one thing for your customers to provide you with valuable feedback. I want to know what your company will do about it??

I shopped at Nine West in Garden City once and will never do so again. I found the staff gleefully unhelpful and rude in their manner. heaven forbid if you have a problem with your purchase, forget about any help from the staff, you might as well throw the shoes in the bin.

I have had nothing but positive experiences purchasing both instore and online with Nine West. I absolutely love all of the styles and find myself buying a new pair of shoes on an almost weekly basis. I now only purchase footwear from Nine West. The customer service team are extremely helpful with online orders and the staff at my local store (Garden City) are just lovely. My only complaint is that not all of the styles are made past a size 10. I am a size 10.5 and cannot buy any of the heeled shoes in my size!

I used to love Nine West Shoes - until I made a purchase over Christmas. Big mistake. As I already have a few pairs of shoes from them I order two pairs of heels - both did not fit. I rang and asked for a refund and they refused as in their terms and conditions it states store credit only. Yet when purchasing this is not clearly stated anywhere. Quite misleading to be honest. The customer service was horrible and one of the pairs of shoes the lacing had even come lose - YET NOT REFUND.

I thought the consumer law was meant to stop companies like this refusing to agree with consumer law.

I made a purchase online and received an email asking for my driver's licence or passport in accordance with their terms and conditions. I cancelled the order as I don't know where my personal info is going to end up. I do all my shopping online and have never been asked for this from anywhere before.

I am very happy with the online service. I get good deals. Delivery is so swift and communication excellent.

I bought one pair of shoes got a note to say out of stock but my payment was held pending for 30 days.
Then same shoes came back in stock again so I bought 2 pairs.
After 12 days and no shoes I rang the customer service. I was told Auspost had lost them,But I am a Auspost customer and knew the shoes had never been sent because I get notifications when my parcels are dispatched, After many calls and heaps of mix ups far to many to list here I finally got a refund luck I paid with paypal.

Nine West shoes are stunning, comfortable and good quality.

The staff at the Chadstone store are extremely helpful. Probably the best service I've ever received from a shoe shop. The lady even offered to stretch the shoes for me if I found they rubbed on my bigger food.

I will never buy Nine west shoes again, as the shoes were not really very good quality, and I don't think customers should have to insist upon good service, it should just be. I would not recommend going to this shop - if you like nine west shoes, check them out at a myer instead...

I bought shoes from Nine West, after 3 weeks the paint started peeling and they started to come undone. When i went back to return them the assistant told me its my feet and the way i walk!! The shoes were fine and it was not a manufacturers fault!! And the manager agrred and so did the area manager!

Paint peeling, glue coming apart. $149 shoe not even worth $10.
