I suppose you are referring to the Equaliser mask, we do have also the foldable for adults.
Yes, once you submerge underwater the tube will activate the dry-leak feature and no water will come it.

There will be no change in the shape of the mask, but there will be pressure on your face. Since you have something on your face is normal to have some pressure on it underwater.
After you practice with the mask for a few times, you will get used to it.

If the mask is a proper fit for your face and sealed accordingly, there will be no leakage.

Yes, the Ninja Shark full face masks come with one-way valves.
We've optimised the process so we have multiple valves to control the inhaling and exhaling.

With our recent launch of the Ninja Shark Equaliser, we've added an additional exhaling channel (so now we have 3 channels instead of 2 as all the other brands).

The kids' version of the full face mask is recommended for kids between 5-11 years old.

But, as Robby already answered, you should check the face size.

I might guess that for a 14yr old, the best option would be the adult version, S/M size.
