Amazing
My experience with Nirvana has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been extremely lovely, however the stand out for me has been Hayom. I have received 5 treatments of laser hair removal and Hayom is by far the most thorough which has left me with the best results. She is also great with conversation and makes it a really comfortable experience . I could not recommend the treatment and Hayom more.

NEVER AGAIN
Bad experience, not friendly, freezing room, bright lights, no calming music, tiny bed so could not flatten my legs. The quickest express facial I have had in my life. Cluttered tiny room. To not implicate other salons, this one was at Eastgardens.

ent for Monday 13th January at 4pm. I was delighted to get it as I had been trying for quite a while to get a Monday afternoon appointment. When I arrived she said it was not booked on their system, was I sure it was the right date, was I sure it was a Nirvana salon when I showed her the gift card. She begrudgingly did my facial but I have had facials for a very long time with a number of salons. ( I am 71) so a long time. This was done in such haste and I always feel it should be a relaxing, calm time. Well I could not wait to get out of there. My legs to start with were uncomfortable as I had no room to stretch out. It was freezing in there but she offered me a blanket. Bright lights (which should not be), no music just a constant sound of air conditioners or whatever they were. Nothing friendly or nice. On top of all of this she said that I had waited a long time to use the voucher. No,.. 4 1/2 months and it was valid for 3 years. Once my face was finished she shoved a mirror in my face and said " see, glowing". I went in at 4.05 and walked out the door at 4.30. Out of that time I lay on that trolley bed for 15 minutes with a "mask". Anyway maybe this woman was annoyed that she had to do something she did not want, but it should be more professional and I certainly was not at fault. Fantastic Results
I had 5 sessions of MM slim treatment on my stomach and am so happy with the results.
My stomach is so much firmer and tighter. I feel that it has strengthened my core and boosted my confidence.
I recommend this treatment 100%. Could not be more satisfied with the results.

Horrible! Dont waste your money.
Dont waste your money at nirvana, especially the prepaid treatments. The text message reminders arent sent so if you accidentally miss just one appointment your prepaid payment is forfeited with no credit transfer (yes just one-talk about repeat business!). Treatments are a total waste of time with no results and the therapists (if you can call them that) are more worried about selling product and getting you to fill in the questionnaire (that they dont even read) than they are actually doing your treatments. Also, dont question anything youll be referred to head office with no reply and made to feel like a horrible person! Disgusting customer service.

The worst facial I have ever had!
I have been having facials for over 45 years now so believe I am knowledgeable on what's involved and what to expect. My regular beautician has just had a baby and has cut back on her hours so I am looking for a new therapist as I work full time and the hours my therapist works don't fit in with my schedule. I decided to try Nirvana at Baulkham Hills. This was a big mistake!

Terrible and unethical.
The store was easy enough to find however I was just there for what I assumed was a free consultation. Sadly not the case and was charged for it even though at no time was the cost of the consultation disclosed to me.

Poor service and bad communication
I was a very happy a customer with nirvana eastgardens for 6 months before this issue the salon the owner is lovely the nurse that did my lips and Botox excellent bought plenty of skincare products prior to this.
Unfortunately I decided to try a hifu tretment on my face for lift an skin tightening as at the time I had lost a fair amount of weight of my body and my face
I was looking flat, I was advised that you will see results within 2 months and to maintain I would have to get the treatment again within two years, no result what so ever...Read more

Amazing staff and service :)
I have been going to nirvana beauty laser clinics miranda for 8 years now and they have been absoloutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ive never had a problem with them they are always make you fewl relaxed and at home and they are always 100% spot on with thwir treatments and have all the answers to questions you may have. I wouls recommend nirvana beauty laser clinics to anyone! I even got all my friends going there they all love it to male or female!!!

Be very careful if you get Laser treatment at their Miranda Store they cause damage and the store and company are not interested in you after they have your money nor do they care about the damage that is done to your skin

My granddaughter just went to have her eyebrows waxed at Miranda by Susan. She left the salon in tears without having this done as the operator Susan told her how bad her skin was and all the products she was using were wrong. I have spent thousands of dollars at beauty clinics and medical practitioners for her with her problem skin and she is very diligent with her cleanliness and morning and evening reviews. All she wanted was her eyebrows waxed and not one of your so called beauticians to tell her how bad her skin is when she already knows, has tried endlessly to fix the problem, and is extremely aware of what she need to do. This woman really needs to practice being non-judgmental before she hurts any other 20 year old.

Terrible experience
Cosmetic injector left me badly bruised up my face and very uneven duck lips, even worse after so called correction. Now I’m left with numbness and the right side of lips ....and this is a week later.
Don’t get sucked into cheap fillers like I did with this place .

When you had treatment with us you had a very experienced injector, which you started harassing. He made the time to see you, and he offered you a free refund, which you refused and instead asked o be topped up with more filler. The injector did this for you at no extra charge to keep you happy and satisfied, however you weren't happy with this. You were informed to wait until the swelling had gone down before getting anything else done, which you didn't do. You instead kept on messaging the injector abusing him, after he just had a death in the family which you knew about. We offered you a full refund which has been done. We have photo evidence that shows there is nothing wrong with your lip besides bruising from the other clinic you attended. You also confirmed to us you have a lip biting habit, which is causing damage to your lips, not the injectables itself. We wish you all the best.Well....I've had to have it dissolved at a reputable clinic...They noted that the filler was all messed up and incorrectly place, they numbness I was experiencing was due to blood flow loss of poorly place filler.

So unhappy...
Sold 2 dermapen treatment packs with follow up microdermabrasion at Nirvana Eastgardens. The staff suggested the I purchase up to 6 but only able to afford 2. Some confusion with beautician as she thought I had already had the dermapen and was about to start microdermabrasion? After double checking what I was there for, I had the first treatment. I told her that I was very nervous about the outcome but she assured it wouldn't be noticeable afterwards- only some dryness would be felt after a few days or so. then. Returned 7 days later to explain that my skin was itchy and covered in pustules and that I was very unhappy and very afraid of continuing any other treatment. I felt that I had had an allergic reaction or that maybe the equipment was tainted?Too fearful of even the follow-up microdermabrasion.In reality I had no confidence in this treatment as they had not been clear or upfront about the possible results and side effects nor did they seem to care. Staff member (manager?) was helpful and said she would call head office for me the next day about a refund even though they don't give refunds. She told she would call me. Another 7 days later I stopped into the store again to ask if we could sort it out. She advised she sent an email to HO but that there was no response- that the person in charge was away. I asked if I could contact HO and would she give me a number or contact? As she wrote an email address she proceeded to tell me that she couldn't see anything wrong with my skin. No actual concern such as - how does it feel? Is your skin still itchy? No, just wanted to tell me from across the counter that my skin was fine. She was being a bit intimidating. Unfortunately the conversation deteriorated when I told her that wasn't the case. I started to get frustrated with her and suggested speaking to a lawyer. Before this I actually thought she would help.At this point she lost her cool and told me to get out, opened the door and shooed me out. An hour or so later I felt awful and wanted to apologise for upsetting her and letting the situation get out of hand. We were both in the wrong but it left an unpleasant taste and I wanted to offer an olive branch. The phone call was a disaster. I was told the I was messing with the wrong woman (to which I agreed), that she couldn't trust me anymore and that my own GP was 'a crap.' She also told me that HO had refused her request for a refund and that she would now go back to HO and recommend that I get nothing. (yet in person she advised that there had been no response from HO?) Such a turn around in behaviour! I asked her name and was told 'Whatever!" and hung up on. I am gobsmacked. Such an extreme response. It is unnerving how insincere she turned out to be. How duped I had been at the first appointments. This 'beautician' acted like she cared about me and my skin until I made a complaint. Poor customer service.14 days later and my skin still itches and is reddened and rough. Wearing makeup is uncomfortable and I am concerned that my skin will be affected forever. I don't know what to do and Nirvana Eastgardens don't care. Stay away from Nirvana at Eastgardens. They don't really care about anything but money.1 comment

Yesterday I got the New York Facial at Nirvana Beauty Laser Clinics. It's the first facial ive ever had and I was so impressed and happy with the whole experience I had at Nirvana Beauty. The staff were extremely friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and I felt confident and comfortable with them giving me a treatment. Went to Burwood store treatment was performed professionaly. Joanna who treatment was very friendly did the treatment without any waiting time. Which is good when you are in a rush.

Rushed facial
I booked in for a hydration facial for 45 mins back in July 2018. I got in at 3:25pm and was asked to fill in a form. I finished it and didn't get ushered into a room till around 3:35pm. I had a mini consultation in the room till 3:45pm then the facial started but i finished at 4:05pm. Got dressed and was out at 4:15pm Barely the 45mins facial I booked for. I have been to the Miranda branch a few years back but sad to say, I won't be coming back. They have tried giving me another facial which up to this day, I have not taken up.

Bad customer service
The staff at Burwood did not notify me at the time of booking my next appointment that my 12 months will expire and instead they booked my appointment outside 12 months and then later charged me for the session. When I questioned them, I was told their system is not equipped with facility rather they expect me to remember exact date when I signed up and count 12 months from the date. The Manager convinced me to sign up for another 4 sessions if I don't want to be charged. What an apathetic customer service. Another staff was literally standing laughing at the back. No consideration of customers. I end up paying money for the session but definitely not going back to them. I am sure there is no policy that stated to rip off the clients.

Avoid at all costs !!! I’ve to the ED twice this week, and off work again today to have an ultrasound to check blood flow and nerve damage..they posting incorrect pictures of me on my review.
