I placed an order for two glow kits and a book. One of the glow kits was for a friend as a birthday gift. When the package arrived, only one glow kit was in the box. The cardboard gift box is frayed and torn at the edges, so I didn’t want to use this as the gift. Instead of making a fuss, I simply requested the second glow pack I paid for be sent to me. I have now sent three emails and received no response, save for a holding email.
I now have no choice but to use the damaged package as my friend’s birthday gift, as even if the other one is sent now, it won’t arrive in time.
I am so unimpressed with this service and would never use it again or recommend it to anyone.

Quite possibly the worst online company. They take the sale. You have to email and messenger message relentlessly with no response to follow up. Finally the response is it’s ‘out of stock’ and apologies. Useless. Avoid.

Very bad user experience. Cant search for pregnancy or mums to be packages. Need more tags. Signed up but never got the email so wasn't able to use the 10% discount. Product line looks great but a lot of out stock (and again cant filter for only 'in stock' items). Website crashed twice and wouldn't reload. After all of the effort of choosing many items, I wasn't able to progress to pay anyway. Safe to say the website needs some loving.

N.L. took two weeks to contact me after I paid $100 for an order so I had no idea what was happening or when the package was going to be sent. 3 weeks later and i'm still waiting for the package to arrive.

I understand there is a pandemic and there will be delays, but their communication stinks.

I haven’t shopped with NL before and this won’t be the last time. Awesome range of products and only took 3 days from the time I ordered until the package was sent (which was awesome considering all the care that needs to be taken with packing due to COVID-19). It was shipped on Friday from the east and I received it at 8am on Monday on my doorstep in Perth. I have never received items this quick EVER!! Keep up the great work guys.

There is a good natural deodorant range, I buy allot of vegan cruelty free products from nourished life. They always give me free shipping with my member discount and they have discounts when you re-order. I also receive free samples of when I order over $30

While some of their products are good, there was one that it was terrible, so I left a bad review regarding it "Megazorb Mega Iron", but they removed immediatley, I tried again and the same thing happened. I dont think is fair to hide the bad reviews from the customers and only leave the good ones.

I've been shopping at NL for years! Great products at awesome prices. Huge selection, fast shipping and lots of great giveaways and discounts. They are my go to for everything natural for myself and my house. I order almost weekly.

I am extremely happy with nourished life. I have purchased quite a few items from them now and I have nothing to complain about. I love that they are completely chemical free, and that they have such a huge range of products. I love all the podcasts and the fact that they also have a qualified naturopath that you can ask questions. Can not rate them highly enough to be honest. Postage time isn't too bad. Products are fantastic

Where is my order 3140129? It's been almost two weeks and I have emailed a few times, no response so far. I might have to report fraudulent to my credit card provider.

One stop Shop for eco friendly products with no nasties added. I've experienced excellent customer service, fast product dispatching and I have recieved friendly prompt responses to emails. I highly recommend nourished life and their broad range of excellent goodies.

Ordered something on the 26th Feb and havnet heard anything, only says the order is confirmed... I have emailed - nothing.. how long does it take, and why has no one responded to my email?

I have orderd some KiwiHerb products.
They were sent in a parcel without any bubble wrap (the bottles were placed directly in a cardbox without any protection for fragile item), and arrived at my doorstep with liquid leaking through the parcel. One of the bottle was shattered during the delivery process, the rest have their packaging damaged by the liquid and broken glass. I wont be able to use them as a gift obviously.
I rang customer service multiple times and it always went into the voicemail, which according to the automated mesage, is full.
Very disappointed with this experience, spent over $100+ on this order.

I placed an order early Friday 21st Feb, received confirmation email straight away as you’d expect but I am still yet to receive a shipping/despatch notification for my delivery- and it’s a full week later. I’ve emailed twice to follow up but haven’t heard back.

It’s not at all hard to respond to an email or email your customer with any updates regarding delays.

I love the Nourished Life online shop. It is easy to use and has become my one stop to find skin and body care products. Delivery is always prompt. Regularly recommend to my friends.

I worked in the beauty industry for 10 plus years, and used a variety of consumer and luxury brands, but after having kids I became much more aware of what I was using on my hair and skin. Nourished Life is the perfect edit of clean beauty (and so much more!) and has introduced me to new brands and products that I love. The “Keep it clean with Irene” podcast is another way I keep up to date on new brands and products they stock. Nourished Life makes shopping clean easy and enjoyable! I literally don’t buy body or beauty products anywhere else now.

Love shopping on this site and knowing that I don't have to worry about the ingredients. Really quick delivery which was surprising as I ordered over Christmas. All the products I received were exactly as described and I'm already coming up with my list for my next order!
