A call at 10pm to NRMA- pouring with rain, a fire 2 doors down. Yet the young man who attended was so cheerful and helpful. He didn't pressure me into buying a new battery and just recharged mine. He explained everything. Wonderful employee. I have been a member since 1992 and don't regret the expense. Thank you NRMA.

Quick, reliable, friendly service at a pretty good price. They don't try an oversell what is required, simply install the correct battery. Highly recommend being a member of NRMA even with a newish car. 10/10

Easy to find via NRMA Roadside Assistance. Fast response time of 20 minutes. Accurate message advising response time. Clear indicatiom of state of the old battery. High quality battery with 3 year warranty at reasonable price. Installed quickly. Third time I have done this over the years on three different cars. All were good experiences.

Consultant was friendly and helpful on the phone. I was kept in the loop with texts to know ETA. The battery patrol rep who attended was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I rarely give five stars in reviews, but this particular experience was exceptional.

Had flat battery. Booked call out on the NRMA app which was fast & simple. The guy who attended was polite & efficient. He diagnosed that the battery needed replacing and quoted me the price. I was in a rush and needed to be somewhere but did not have the $240 in account to pay. However I was going to bank later to deposit $600 in bagged gold coins. He let me pay the $240 in gold coins which was a bit embarrassing for me.

Last year I was saved by the NRMA who installed a new Battery for me, on the spot, whilst I was outside work in the carpark.
This year I had left my hazard lights on overnight (whilst staying with my elderly Mum in Rooty Hill) and had a flat battery in the morning - Patrol turned up and tested and checked everything - charged my battery and advised me to let it run for half an hour - thanks to NRMA I was able to head back home to Newcastle later the same day.

My 5.45 plan to go for a run is met by 2 pale yellow eyes in the garage! No idea if my membership is current or where the card might be or how long it will take, school run, 8.30 meeting, day looking like it’s going to unravel quickly.... 15 minutes later the van is here, soooo helpful, efficient, checks my oil and puts in a ltr, removes the corrosion around the battery terminals, omg this guy could not have been more helpful!! And really nice to boot!! You really do get what you pay for. Thanks NRMA you’ve moved with the timed

My battery (ome) after 6 years failed so I needed a new one. The service man did an excellent job. I have one complaint, the original battery was made in Japan, The replacement was made in Australia and they are not as good.

The call was for a battery replacement and that was very efficient and reasonably priced. To get service like this on a Sunday morning was very much appreciated. Couldn't ask for better.

This is the 2nd time in a few months that a battery has gone flat on us (different cars). Call to NRMA was answered quickly and in both cases patrol arrived within 30 mins.
Battery quickly replaced and price was competitive with a retail store, but of course included delivery and installation!

Had a flat battery on a long-haul trip. NRMA was awesome: clear, efficient, polite... it’s become the norm that large companies tend to have terrible service these days and no regard for their customers - NRMA is the happy exception to this rule, which is why not only will I continue to maintain my roadside assistance with them, but I’ve also changed my insurance to NRMA. A company that seems to care is a breath of fresh air!

The last time I had to get assistance, my car needed a new battery The NRMA were able to provide several choices of top quality for my European car and saved me money, despite the inconvenience of a carpark installation late at night.

I was very impressed by the serviceman who came to our home to replace the battery in my car. He was here in less than 20 minutes. He treated me with respect and had my car up and running in no time. Well done NRMA in Bathurst.

Very happy with the time frame from when I first phoned to the battery being installed, professional service from the initial call out to the completion of the battery installation, just found the battery very expensive, otherwise great!
