Ordered last year in the beginning of Dec before the school closed. It's the new year. School has started and there is still no order received. No way of contacting them. Hold on the phone for hours. No one picks up.

I have ordered for my kids school item more than a month and half ago. Tried sending message through email, webform and phone. No communication at all and no tracking number. Such a horrible service i have never experienced. Lots of parents having same issue like me. I will let school know as well as other parents not to order from OfficeMax again.

Ordered 6 weeks ago and no books or any info. Called and on hold for hours.. Can't go into shop as they say it is separate from online. This service should be closed down by the government for fraud they garonteed delivery before school starts and that's in two days..

As per school recommendation I ordered books from the online which was in the time period. My daughter is starting school from Tuesday and still waiting for the order. Pathetic service, left email but no reply, numerous calls but still in vain. Not ordering from them anymore . If you cannot deliver what you say please return our money.

Ordered stationery 8th December '19 and still today 30th Janurary '20 I am still waiting on products. 45min wait time to even talk to someone. Items were damaged due to atrocious packaging. No tracking number was given, first box just randomly arrived. No communication. Avoid at all costs for future supplies.

Still haven’t received my sons order and he starts school on Monday!! I haven’t even received email confirmation that it’s been packed and I ordered on the 2nd January. Waited on hold for an hour to be told she had no idea when our order would be delivered, this was 2 weeks ago! This isn’t good enough, my son is now going to school with no school stuff!! Used this service 2 years ago and the same issue and thought I’d give the benefit of the doubt! NEVER AGAIN!

Impossible to speak to anyone on their customer service line, left on hold for hours, line eventually cuts out. Simple enquiry as to status of order remains unanswered for 2 weeks now. No response from their website enquiry form either. Ever. Just want a refund as items were never received. Will never order from them again, Officeworks so much easier, with great customer service.

My son starts school this year. The school reccomends ordering supplies from here as they GUARANTEE delivery before term 1 if ordered in dec.

Ordered early dec. Son starts school tuesday. Nothing has been posted and no one can tell me when it will be posted.
Many parents at the same school are in the same situation so its not a once off mistake.

Will not be using again.

Major issues with our schools orders this year, which they have acknowledge is a problem in their system. When I phoned them, they place you on hold for an hour and then cut the call off and say they can't process the phone call and please try again later. Still have no idea what the status of the order is or if its possible to cancel it.

I have spent all up 4 hours this week on hold and not able to get through! I have only received a small amount of my order and need to know when the rest is coming. I ordered through my school before the cut off time and should have received everything by now. VERY FRUSTRATED! Looking like my kids will be going to school without the school supplies i have paid for! I will be taking this further.

Impossible to get anyone on phone or email. Atrocious service and feel they are deliberately avoiding customers! Can't even get through to cancel my order as I have now sourced everything elsewhere. I will be returning everything and will NEVER use this service again!

Even after writing a review and their reply message of "we will message you now and help fix it....."
still not fixed not heard back since and no way of getting books. so when are they going to fix my issue???
Why message and respond to the review and still do nothing to fix the problem.
Government needs to take this on not corporate incompetent companies!!!
Why aren't schools doing bulk ordering for their students??
for the money I pay for my kids education, you'd think it would be a part of their service.

I have spent 2 hours on hold yesterday trying to get an iPad for my child that was ordered 10 weeks ago was told they would look into it and get back to me.
Today after another hour on hold I was hung up on before even talking to a rep.

I am still chasing up missing items from my order. I can't get through by calling as I'm kept on hold for so long and you won't reply to my emails! I'm getting VERY frustrated now. Could you please contact me to advise!!!!

On hold for over 1hour and 15 minutes. Hung up. Pathetic. Tried to contact them re. school book list. Used Campion books instead. Will be suggesting to school to change companies for future book lists. The service is so bad its mind boggling. How do they get away with it?

Horrible service. I haven’t even received an email confirming my order, money was charged. I’ve been trying to comunicate through their online form four times without response. Have called their 1800 number so many times and after 45 minutes waiting end up hanging up. Don’t use this company, careless and inconsiderate. Children will start school without their materials. No sense of customer service.

I have called daily several times for two weeks and been on hold over an hour & ended up hanging up. I’ve lost count on how many emails I’ve send and also filled out their online form. Waiting on my orders that I ordered back at start of dec. it I rec’d 6 glu sticks, lead pencils and 3 books & a pack of 4 highlighters and not 6 as ordered and paid for, not even a qtr of my order delivered, no correspondence at all from them & no products to go to school with.

School supply order incomplete and one item damaged because it was just thrown into a too-large box with no padding. Impossible to get them on the phone on any number.

Cannot supply before school starts. Our school has now been advised that they are having trouble filling orders and that we should request a refund to purchase items locally. The problem is that we cannot get through. Spent over 2.5 hours on the phone today to talk to a human but kept getting cut off. The company should place a notice on their website stating the issues and how to deal with them. Have lodged a dispute with PayPal, might be quicker in getting the refund through.
