First off, just to let you know you can't jailbreak an Android phone, that feature only existed on iPhones. Since you can't access your phone you will have to hard reset your device by pressing the power button as well as the volume down button. Hold onto those buttons till you reach recovery mode and then select an option that wipes the data/restores your device to factory settings. Hope that helps :)

Lots of ways. Get the right software. I love zoom for being able to 30 plus people at once (about four a screen then swipe right or left). Whatsapp, wechat, messenger, Paltalk, Google Hangouts, can all do video well if you have a good connection. Easy Peasy. An awesome phone mate!

it goes into memory -from there you need to paste it into a note pad or word file or pdf. Then you can save it. Things in memory only stay there until you make another copy then you lose the first one.

Press settings > System apps > Call > Carrier Call Settings > Additional settings > Owner number >Press hide number to turn on no caller id and press show number if you want your caller id back.

If you have the "Find my Device" app from the google play store head to google.com/android/find, then your device will show up on the list. You can look at it on the map view or you can make your phone play a sound. You can also lock your phone too. If you do not have this app it is impossible to find your phone.

Yes it can, download the Android Auto app from the google play store. Then you can simply plug your phone into your car via a usb port and the charger that came with the phone and your all set.

Google Duo comes with the phone and it's the only way to video call out of the box, however I recommend downloading WhatsApp for the best calls, it also includes a messaging service for free.

Software issue, I have the same problem. I recommend putting your phone on silent before you go to sleep or by enabling quiet time in the settings.

I had to go to Optus and it's a setting that they had to fix. So go to your network supplier.

Do you mean when you make a call to hide your number.
If so google oppo ax5 show number/hide number caller ID Lots of of options there.
I have a private number myself so anyone getting a call gets Hidden number.
So if the person ringing you has a private or hidden number through their ISP you cant do anything about it.

That should just be a matter off connecting your USB to a Computer or doing via 240v using an adaptor.
and the other end (micro) into your phone. Do you have the instructions go to this link and under Basics - search there is a charging instructions. The only thing I can think of is your charging port on your phone is damaged.
this can happen if you tried to force it in the wrong way? There is a symbol on the cable that connects to the phone and this should be facing up when you put it in. It is a pretty standard cable as it works on my wifes phone as well and other devices. If you have another cable for a different phone try that.
If the port is damaged take it back to the store where you purchased it and just tell them it is not charging. It will be covered under warranty. ps dont tell them you could of done it lol.
It could be the cable that is damaged only so you would only have to replace that but if it is the phone that will have to be fixed under warrantly possibly. All the best. Here is their support page. You can ring them or chat online.
