Hi, I'm on optislim only been 3 days now, I'm having a shake for breakfast n lunch but I'm still hugry after an hour or two of the shakes, I do have the bars n cookies but even with them n a shake I'm struggling untill tea time. I have no clue on what to eat for dinner, and can I still have coffees etc, right now I'm craving a glass of milk ?

I am 65 year old women and a little overweight.
I started the optislim (coffe) and love it. Replaced breakfast and lunch with a shake. And a cooked meal of a night. I have lost 4 kl in 3 weeks. I feel great. I don’t want to stop it now as I love the taste and the result. Can I stay on it?

Hey I’ve started optisslim the one made with water. Flavours strawberry,vanilla & chocolate & find strawberry the only one tolerable. It seems to be the best to shake leaving no lumps which do kinda put you off the drink. I’m having for breakfast & lunch but tea I find really hard. I’m a fussy eater & don’t like vegetables. Any help appreciated

I found optifast to be heaps better for taste. It’s a little more expensive and leaves you feeling fuller for a lot longer. Inside the optifast box is a list of foods to eat and what to stay away from. I stuck one up on my fridge.
As for mixing the lumps in I had the same issue with both brands and found using a electric whisk makes a huge difference and make them up the day before and refrigerate over night.

Hi, I’ve decided to go on a Keto diet and found that these shakes were recommended. I read that it’s recommended to have less than 30 net carbs per day but one shake has 17, so if I replace two meals a day I’m already over the net carb allowance, does it matter that much or will I still go into ketosis replacing two meals a day and having zero carbs for dinner?

I cannot answer your question as I am not qualified,I feel there are many factors to consider when dieting. Your GP or dietician are the very best people to advise you. You may be on medication that needs to be considered in your diet plan or other health issues. There are many health experts that would only be to pleased to help you. If you are serious about the weight loss and three shakes a day, I think you will have to give the wine a miss. Consult your GP about your weight loss and he or she will help you with the best advice to suit you.

I agree with Nugget on this depends on how much you drink also does wine make you nibble on junk? and how serious you are at wanting to loose the weight remember the cost over time frame for shake .good luck
