I've ordered components from PCCG several times - probably a couple of thousand worth all up. I've found them consistently quick and reliable. I like the website design - quite easy to find what you're after. Prices are generally comparable with other sites.

Competitive pricing and the delivery came within the estimated timeframes. Was also packaged very well (box within a box) with additional bubble wrap to keep it safe!

I have been buying products from PC Case Gear for many years and unless there is a change of ownership with bad service I will be buying products from them for many more years. Great customer service and products. I recently bought a Logitech Brio and I have bought ready to ship Gaming PC's in the past and had no problems. The website is very user friendly. The pricing of products are so good why would you shop anywhere else.
Sometimes the postage can be a bit slow even when you pay extra for express post. But thats a rarity.
Overall i would rate these guys 8 1/2 out of 10.
And overall they are my favourite supplier as the range of goods is awesome.

I wanted to design a PC for hybrid use and as such none of the pre built PCs fit my needs. I was able to contact customer service and get some advice. We designed it, they built it to spec, sent it out in a sensible manner (packing wise) They had it out to me quickly and everything was good to go right out of the box.

The whole process was smoothe and as expected. Would definitely shop here again.

As a small system builder I think these guys provide great service. Website is easy to use, range is good, and products always arrive well packaged.

They have always had the parts I was looking for. I tend to build PCs that aren't at the cutting edge because the latest and greatest is too expensive.

I've bought many parts from them in the past, and the only time I ever had an issue was when there was a delay in getting a 3070 to me. But instead of just telling me I'd have to wait a bit longer, they offered me one worth $250 more than the one I ordered, with no cost for me to upgrade, solely because they got it in stock the day they let me know about the delay!

Very easy to select what components I wanted for a custom PC. Assembled and sent quickly and works great! They even posted out a lead I needed but forgot to order, free of charge. Likely the best service I have ever had from an online shop. Keep up the good work!

Navigating PC Case Gears Online store is as simple as clicking a button, literally the 3 lines in the top left corner is all you need in order to find what your looking for. It’s in alphabetical order which is a very easy way to scroll through all the products your not looking for to what you actually want simple as that. I bought a mouse pad from PC Case Gear all I did was scroll to the letter M it said Mice & Mouse Pads had a look for the one I wanted unfortunately at the time they had recently been out of stock but I didn’t mind waiting checked back roughly two days later and purchased it as soon as possible the package was delivered and couldn’t be any more happier. Thank You, PC Case Gear.

I have bought computer items online from them several times now. They always have a great range and either the best price or very close to it.
