Worst service I've ever experienced
Do not use this delivery company under any circumstance!!!!!
I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with them after buying something from Amazon. They tried delivering something to my address while I wasn't home and then proceeded to mark my address as a bad address in their system after only a single visit and decided to return my parcel to the sender.
After 2 weeks I decided to follow up with them directly after seeing that my parcel had been signed for by someone I didn't know. It took them a whole day to work out that my parce...
Read morel had been returned to sender. I asked how I could get the item I paid for, even proposed that I would drive to pick it up myself. It wasn't until I called them once again at the end of the day and suggested that perhaps they could call and speak to the sender that they thought it would be a good idea to actually pick up the phone to them. The result of all of this is waiting 14 days for my parcel to be delivered then having to call their call centre multiple times before finally being told "you're just going to have to order the item again. Sorry for the inconvenience.". At no point during the 14 days that they had my parcel did they contact me. They claimed to have an incorrect phone number on file but didn't think to call the sender and confirm the details. This is the most lazy excuse for service I've ever experienced.- 2 reviews
This Company is Terrible
I'm still waiting to receive my package, it was delivered to the depot 03 Mar, first attempted delivery 10 Mar. SWMY card left so I called and rescheduled for delivery on 12 Mar. Nothing happens until I call today to see what is going on and offer to collect from depot. However today the shipment is onboard for delivery - but not according to the tracking info on their website, which shows the package as not moving since 10 Mar. The final insult was when I stated that I wanted to speak to a supervisor to make a complaint, I was advised that company policy did not allow for recipients to lodge complaints, only senders - needless to say I will never use this company.
Efficiency plus
We use Pep for same day parcels and couriers. I find PEPs online system easy to use and track and trace is very good. Their Customer Care and Sales team very helpful.
Great Service Great Technology
Goods are always delivered on time. Easy booking system and tracking technology. Vehicles and drivers are always well presented. If there is ever an issue it is always rectified in a timely manner.

Great service
At Jaylon we use the PEP Same Day Parcel service, Overnight Service & Same Day and find it great. The team are very helpful! We are extremely happy with the savings from their parcel collection service

Illegal parking in ACROD bay
The driver was parked in an ACROD bay so that I could not use the bay for my client with a disability and a permit.i asked him why, he said that he knew it was a disability bay but it was raining. He didn't offer to move his van and just ignored us. Shame on you.

Pep are good at keeping to promised 3 hour turn around for same day couriers. Happy with their services, overnight and same day.

Terrible, disappointing service
Never ever will I order anything that is delivered by these people again Three weeks later still no delivery, three phone calls to them, told driver couldn't find me but no one ever contacted me to let me know. Spoke to someone Wednesday just gone, told delivery would be yesterday (Thursday) and guess what.. NO Delivery. Disgraceful service. DO NOT USE

Appalling
I received a missed delivery card over 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received my parcel.
I’ve requested redelivery three times - I’ve never heard back. I’ve emailed numerous times - I’ve never had a response. I’ve submitted a complaint via the website - I’ve never heard back. I’ve made several phone calls - No one can tell me where he parcel is and I get told someone will call me back.
Absolutely appalling customer service.

Don't know how they are still in business!
Don't deliver dont contact you back. Dont do what they say they will. Make an easy process sooo difficult! Will never use again

Held my parcel for 2 weeks
My parcel arrived in the Pep Transport center in Kewdale and it was there for 2 weeks before I received it. I called several times following it up and I was told a note was left for the driver to deliver the item the following day.
Hopeless
Waiting on a parcel to be delivered, PEP left a parcel at my front door with the wrong name, wrong address/postcode. After contacting them, they said to leave the parcel at my front door and they will track down my delivery and a driver will be out the swap the parcels. Well they collected the parcel but didn't drop mine off. Now after being in contact again they don't know where mine is and not sure what has happened to it. So I am left with nothing and still waiting for a response.
Would not reccomend or trust with delivery of anything.
