Worst service I've ever experienced
Do not use this delivery company under any circumstance!!!!!
I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with them after buying something from Amazon. They tried delivering something to my address while I wasn't home and then proceeded to mark my address as a bad address in their system after only a single visit and decided to return my parcel to the sender.
After 2 weeks I decided to follow up with them directly after seeing that my parcel had been signed for by someone I didn't know. It took them a whole day to work out that my parce...
Read morel had been returned to sender. I asked how I could get the item I paid for, even proposed that I would drive to pick it up myself. It wasn't until I called them once again at the end of the day and suggested that perhaps they could call and speak to the sender that they thought it would be a good idea to actually pick up the phone to them. The result of all of this is waiting 14 days for my parcel to be delivered then having to call their call centre multiple times before finally being told "you're just going to have to order the item again. Sorry for the inconvenience.". At no point during the 14 days that they had my parcel did they contact me. They claimed to have an incorrect phone number on file but didn't think to call the sender and confirm the details. This is the most lazy excuse for service I've ever experienced.- Incentivised Review No

This Company is Terrible
I'm still waiting to receive my package, it was delivered to the depot 03 Mar, first attempted delivery 10 Mar. SWMY card left so I called and rescheduled for delivery on 12 Mar. Nothing happens until I call today to see what is going on and offer to collect from depot. However today the shipment is onboard for delivery - but not according to the tracking info on their website, which shows the package as not moving since 10 Mar. The final insult was when I stated that I wanted to speak to a supervisor to make a complaint, I was advised that company policy did not allow for recipients to lodge complaints, only senders - needless to say I will never use this company.

Illegal parking in ACROD bay
The driver was parked in an ACROD bay so that I could not use the bay for my client with a disability and a permit.i asked him why, he said that he knew it was a disability bay but it was raining. He didn't offer to move his van and just ignored us. Shame on you.
