The worst company I have dealt with. Very poor communication and no follow up when there was an issue that needed resolving. I was told by one customer service officer that they would get back to me within 48 hours as it was an urgent matter. After 6 weeks I still had no contact so I called them. I was told its up to the customer to follow up if theres a problem. Meanwhile my credit rating was being affected. I would never use Pepper Money or recommend them.

Jordan was super helpful and on the ball. Great to deal with a team that makes me feel valued by responding in a timely manner an ensurng all is going well at every step. I work in customer service in banking. Jordan has really exceeded our expectations! Very grateful.
