Unprofessional clinic
I thought the person in charge was rather impolite and handled the customer badly.
The costs are ridiculously high for when compared to any laser clinic in Australia.
I would not advise using this clinic.
Terrible very disappointed
I was there for mỳ treatment of acne and black spots. First they told me to deposit 1600 right now and I said them at the moment I don’t have just half money around 700$ coz this is my 1st session and then after they were so rude one of staff member she told me that I can’t do any treatment there coz if I don’t pay all of dues at the same time in-front of other customers that and then after I somehow manage money and deposit there for my treatment and they said me to wait for 3 hrs coz there is no-one to treat me that one was so horrible moment

Read more Secondly, I was doing my follow up treatment that time also they were so rude and they ignore customer even when I was asking something they try to void me and rest of other staff as well they didn’t even consult me properly. When I called then to book my appointment they were like they already packed they can’t take any appointments it happens to me 3/4 times and staffs were not good they must need to study about hospitality and customer service. Service was totally zero. And I have still one appointment available but I didn’t go there because of there low customer service and their way of treatment and My skin started getting more acne I was try to consult with them but they always ignore me. Perfect clinic you guys made me totally disappointed from day 1. If there was rating zero then definitely I rate you guys 0 . Money waste time waste and my skin getting even more damage. Melasma treatment scam
I went in for the free trial for the melasma and she said I need a package of $3000 to repair it. She would do the free trial for me either unless I signed up to her package. I walked out
Fake Services, and false promises!

I finished the 12 session and my breast looks the same not tight, not lifted and definitely not a cup bigger so at the end I told the labcoat lady the results didn’t measure and materialised so I would like a refund and she started saying I need more sessions as 12 is not enough and that it should be 18 sessions to which I said no, I am not happy and as originally agreed I want my money back guarantee and they said okay someone will call me back for the process but to no avail & they barely answer the phone when I keep following up. So no, please don’t fall for their crap and save your money! And take note they’re not doctors, medics, nurses or license cosmetic healthcare professionals they just pretend they are expert.

BEWARE of 'FREE' Trial that is offered on Social Media!!
I booked a 'free trial' for an under eye/eye lid treatment that was advertised on social media.
The premises were impressive and on arriving, seemed quite professional.
I was taken in to a consultation room, had a photo taken for therapists to see what concerns there are in the deeper layers of my skin. I've had this before, all seemed professional.
The consultant went through a few options that would benefit me, all inclusive packages ranging from $3k - $10k.

They are keep changing appointment times and dates always different girls l have 12 sessions hifu no difference also with leg treatment time given very short it just waste money l don't recommend service and treatment not happy at all.paid so much amount.
Scammers, misleading and false information
This is no free trial, i was told to put a deposit to start my treatment $1800, then I can get this free trial which only last 8-10mins but was told by my my consultation Doris that the treatment goes for 30-50mins. Although i felt i didn’t get a full treatment i thought its ok, thinking its only a ‘free trial’. Now i felt I’ve been robbed by this company when i ask for a full refund of my deposit but was told I can only get $66.20 from my over $1800 deposit although I never got/started my full treatment yet. She then told me that I have already started my treatment and $1800 was the cost of my 8-10mins treatment that day after asking for a refund. Wth how can a company rob a person like that? This is so wrong!!
Fake free trial ads
I registered free trial for sculpting. When i went there, i jad to wait for more than 30mins and none of stuff say hello or smile. When one of consulant called me, she said to me that sculpting not suit for me and she offered me different treatment. So this is not free trial, it it more free consultation. I threw away the consultant business card and definitely will not use their services.
Waste of time
I went for the trial and they tried to convince for the full treatment. I said I'm here for the trial, let's start with the trial first and if I like it, I can take more full face sessions. They end up doing something on my skin for 2 minutes. I didn't felt anything happen to my skin other then just cleaning. It is waste of your time and the trial money.

Very bad service experience
Booked an appointment at 9am, came at the building outside very cold 15 mins before the time. Tried calling the reception no ones answering the phone. I tried to call the intercom but thw building management doesn't let me get in as they said it opens at 9 and my appointment was at 9. Luckily someone helped my get up one of the employees who came in same time. When i came at the reception i was asked by the not so friendly staff to register. Looks like she didn't like my complain so she didn't do proper consultation even though i said i am ok for it and will delay my next appointment. They just did a 15 mins service and asked me to pay the full amount (trial promo they had on the website) It was terrible terrible - i will never ever go back to this clinic. Sarah the lady who did the quick service just to let me get it was very nice but the rest was awful including Jade!! Please don't go to this clinic..
DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC
Like many that I read in these reviews, I went for the free laser test and the doctor told me that my skin was terrible and that I should have a treatment before it cost me 1,600 dollars from CPS, she explained to me that this killed the acne and then it made me laser, I get terrible acne after the six sessions and they don't want to respond so I'm going to file a formal complaint with the beauty association of Australia and the consumer protection office of Australia to get my money back and pay for the damages because I have to get a more expensive treatment for the damage they left me.
Not worth your time.
I went in for the free laser acne scar trial they advertised online. They first tried to convince me to buy an overpriced treatment package and but I said I only wanted the free trial and guess what did they say; “ the free trial didn’t suit me”Wth.

This is a con. Rude staff!
Applied for free trial with 10 sessions for $388 for under eye laser. I was told on arrival that the package was for water retention not for under eye fat. They did the free trial and then told me the 10 session course would be more than $3000! When I told them I wanted to go away and do my research they kept saying is my apprehension due to finance and I said again I wanted to go do my due diligence as a doctor and research the technique. They then said…”well I can see you don’t want it, but you need it!”
No result after 6 sessions
I would not recommend this clinic at all, if u value ur money then don’t invest it in this clinic.
I purchased 3k package for cool sculptures and after 6 sessions I have not seen even a small change.
I have asked them what if I don’t see any results at all and they have advised me I can purchase more

Very dodgy, be careful
I purchased a 10k package and after one session realised it wasn't what I thought, so I asked to speak to someone to find out what could be done. Contacted them weekly for 4 months and was always assured I would get a call back. This week I called them and the receptionist basically said I wasn't going to get a call back, no reason stated.
