This shop smelt, empty shelves, dead fish in tanks when I was in there, there was a young couple in their wanting to rescue a skinny white Johnson bulldog, it went very aggressive very quickly, there was a old lady and man at the counter and I think the owner yelling abuse, swearing and the young couple were aswell, but people in the petsupersaver shirts were way outa line I waited til it finished then walked out, they didn't even realize l walked past to get out. I could not believe my ears and what I saw on that day. I will never step foot in that shop again poor attitude, knowledge of product nil.

Said our dog bit the owner during a clipping session and hit us up for more money, refused to give us our dog back until we paid. Just ran into an old friend and exactly the same situation with her. Will never return.

Not only did I have to wait for my product which I really needed as I had to treat my animals with the product but when it was taking over a month and a half for a response, I sent emails to see what was going on, which were ignored, then finally when I said I would go via PayPal, I got a response, then I got stuffed around with a refund which eventually took place and when I told them I was unhappy, I was told to take it up with PayPal, so disappointing and distressing was my experience that I will never buy from these guys again

Haven't been there since they moved and as suspected nothing has changed. Only went there after visiting the vet which I don't think we will be again either. There was nothing in the store half the shelves empty, the product range sucks, the reptile room although impressive to an extent has larger turtles in an area that is far too small for them, the dogs for adoption at the time claimed to be border collie pups that were one not border collies (one may have been a cross but that's it) and two were far older then they claimed. And as usual the service was absolutely terrible and rude. Exactly why we don't go there in the first place.

Given one price but charged more once there as the price I was given Didn't include tax!!
So I could have gone elsewhere cheaper
Buyer Beware

My sister bought a dog from them about a month ago. Dog advertised as :"Cattle dog mix". When she met the dog she was told it was a "Cattle dog crossed with a pomeranian". What a load of crap! The dog is Bull Arab !!!!!! mixed with God knows what but DEFINITELY not one drop of pomeranian nor cattle dog in it. It will be H.U.G.E. Dog is lucky my sister loves it anyways and will keep it and care for it. Also, they said it was 8 weeks old. Crap - vet says 5 weeks old. TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE of this "store". They are making a profit from these dogs so buyer beware !!!

These lovely people rescues one of my dogs who was in bad shape because of them I'll be forever greatful that he can have a better life and be loved and cared for. Thank you thanks you. Could not recommend their service enough

Don't make the mistake we did by giving these guys a go after reading the reviews. No stock of the items ordered and after 10 days of no delivery I called to be told that. Refund promised the following day and still waiting.... Useless. Now getting the credit card company to deal with it. You have been warned and a piece of advice for the lady I spoke too, stop calling people 'Love', its disrespectful when you don't know the person and poor customer service!

My 1 year old dog has started going to the puppy daycare. She lives it and always comes home happy and i get photos of her playing with her friends during the day

Why didn't I see these reviews before?
Placed an order on Dec 19. Still hadn't received it by end of January. Told them I was ordering one elsewhere and could I have my money back ...Now end of Feb. Got what I wanted elsewhere, no refund and no replies to my many emails

I ordered products eight weeks ago. I have called, emailed, etc. and get nothing. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered a collar and harness for my puppy almost three weeks ago now. I have now contacted them three times to chase these up and am told that they will be sent in a couple of days time. I have never had my calls or emails returned to keep me informed as to what is happening with my order. I asked for a refund on Wednesday and was told that refunds were only given on Fridays and that my items would be posted to me on Friday. Today is Friday, I have just contacted them again to be told Monday, so I requested my refund only to be told refunds have already been processed and that was at 12noon. I have since seen similar reviews, wish I had seen these earlier.

I ordered quite a number of products from their website for our new puppy. After chasing multiple times, they supplied a couple of the items, but more than a month later and I'm still chasing over half the order. I ordered from a local supplier so I could get delivery quickly for our new puppy, but over a month later and I'm still waiting. They don't reply to emails and can't get them on the phone. I hope I get my refund and have gone to Paypal to request this as well as directly. Recommend using another supplier who will actually send the product and communicate with you - avoid this supplier!

I bought a water conditioner for my aquarium on 13th Jan 2014 from their web site. I never received the product. After waiting a lengthy period and several follow up emails, I cancelled my order. They never communicated, provided updates, or sent the item. They ignore your emails and even refund request. They were going to keep my money without supplying the goods until well over three weeks from my order date, the refund was finally given because I disputed through PayPal and they had to retrieve it for me. (they still ignored PayPal request).If I wasn't covered by PayPal protection then it was going to get uglier for sure. Warning to others do not buy from them.
