A customer for almost a decade...

In all honesty, the shop(s) always stunk, prutred beyond belief... Kids running around, babies crawling around, dogs running around... Shelf stock out of date, we purchased medicated produce only to find out it was expired (had not even left the store, yet no refund)... Adopted animals (after returning to another vet, were diagnosed as being extremely ill)... The list goes on and on. Sorry, but Pet supersavers is an absolute disgrace..!

She needs to give it up, and In my opinion she has not made any obvious effort to rectify any issues. I can not support a business like this.

The puppy I bought showed signs of parvo virus 3 days later. Long story short..... after being treated for a week at a vet hospital, the puppy died. I am out of pocket many thousands of $$$. This shop will not accept any responsibility. I was recently told that they have been prosecuted by the RSPCA before.

Adopted a dog last year and registered her for de-sexing at 5 months. Now 8 months old, still not de-sexed and there is no end in sight for when she might be de-sexed. Even offered to pay the difference between their vet and my local vet and they said no.

Met the owner. She was a vile woman who had no interest in the animals whats so ever. She received a phone call on her mobile in the shop and she screamed abuse at whomever was on the other end asking for bill to be paid. Very unprofessional. Although I felt bad for the animals, I decided I would never buy from that store and left empty handed.

Very dissapointed. Won't be using them again. Bought puppy from them now due for desexing as he is 6 months old and now will have wait at least 8 weeks until he can be done as they dont have a vet set up yet. Asked if we can do elsewhere and send them the bill and this cant be done due to them getting discounted rates. They were not helpful now that they have the money. Asked for a refund discount towards us using another vet and were told it is in the contract we signed that we cant get it.

Tried several times to get an answer or a call back regarding my sons dogs vaccinations records so we know when he’s due for the next one and to no avail no body has bothered to call me back .No wonder they have such poor reviews. Very Disappointed

This place is awful, the owner is dishonest and aggressive, the place is run so unprofessionally, and the animals are treated terribly. Do not purchase from this store. Absolutely do not recommend.

This place angers me to my core. The staff are some of the rudest and most direspectful people I have met. They are difficult, condescending, rude, disrespectful and ignorant. The manager is Satan in the flesh. She is viciously rude and has no clue whatsoever on how to actually care for animals. The cat I adopted from them ended up having a severe mouth infection that required almost all of his teeth to be removed. Surgery cost me hundreds and the vet suspects it was due to being raised in poor conditions. What angers me is despite being treated like vermin, she has the audacity to try and FAKE five star reviews filled with fake praise. Obviously family members, friends and staff trying to cover for her. Shut this place down.

The budgies are keep small cages they can hardly fly and there are about 10 in a little cage, I brought a budgie there and then 10 days later in die from seizure don’t buy a budgie from Capalaba pet super store.

Disgusting attitude from staff including manager who reaked of alcohol. The store stinks as though it never gets cleaned, animals are kept in disgusting conditions dirt and crap everywhere, the vets are an absolute scam quoting one price then charging another. Consumers beware

It's nice to find a pet store that are trying to be a solution to the problem, so many animals are euthanized each year because they can't find homes or owners can't afford their vet work, Pet super savers will take them in and care for them until they find their forever home and help educate new owner on how to care for the new pet. I regularly stop in to purchase my dog food and use the DIY hydro baths. Also my children love to some to the regular at lounge.

The staff and volunteers are amazing and really care for the animals. All vet procedures included in the cost eg; desexing/Vaccination/Microchipping.
You get all the information you need and assistance with feeding, training, a large array of products to set your pet up.

The Murrumba Downs store. On Saturday we went to th e store, 2 young kids were riding around the store on bikes squealing and bumping into customers. The were e carring a small puppy in distress. Being squeezed to tight by a young boy. The dogs were sleeping on a concrete floor, the only bedding was an unusable torn stretcher. This store is disgusting and the animals need urgent help

I went to the store when it was near in the same complex where Murrumba Downs Coles is located and it smelt horrible, the animals where in tiny areas and the store was just very untidy. Since the moved to the new building there is not much difference except they have more space and more vacant shelves with no stock. I went in there to look at adopting a dog and they had like 5-6 dogs in a small area, poo everywhere and the smell was overbearing. The animals were in horrible shape and stressed out. I don't understand how this pet shop can still be operating.
