I had a bad experience buying my dream Volvo XC90 last Dec. Mr Luke was my agent and the Manager David, every step was difficult to negotiate. 1st they made me sign agreement and not ready to go with the terms if I changed my mind, missed deadlines for car delivery without communicating any status change, the worst part was that I travelled 5hrs on friday to pick up my car that weekend and was told that I couldn't as finance transferred by Medfin (with evidence of transfer sent to them ) has not reflected in their account! Would not biy another car here!
Salesmen were very helpful initially when I bought my car. However, when it came to servicing my car the service consultants were pathetic. I found them unorganised and unprofessional. Kept me waiting for longer than expected periods of time on numerous occasions. The staff work for a large company but have the ethics of a backyard operation.

OMG - terrible service
I rang on Friday and ordered a roof rack.

I was then told they would call back to book instalment.
I chased Friday afternoon
I chased Saturday morning
I call again on Monday and NO ONE seems to know who or what is going on.
I don't have time to be on hold for 20 mins at a time and then wait another 3/4 days and still get no where ?!
I've given up and called Sutherland Toyota and will wait the 7 days to get this done - at least their process was a lot simpler and they call you back when they promise to.

Service department never answer phone
When ever i try to to book my car for service .no one answers the phone. I regret buying a car from Peter warren Toyota.

Poor customer service in sales, servicing and parts/accessories department.
Rude, dishonest, would not recommend buying a car from here ever again in the Toyota department. Once you purchase your car, they don't care anymore.

Never go again
I bought a brand new corolla Toyota with my friend in July 2017. The sales is called [name removed] and his surname is very long. The fat lady booked me to the first month service, I never received any confirmation message at all until in September I remembered I haven't done the first month service I have to call them to book myself. On the service day my car didn't get washed and I was booked for next service day is 4months later. I did ask my friend and he told me I don't have to do so early like this I could do when turns to 10000 km. What a terrible experience. Are you guys professional or not. Outstanding new car sales service
I couldn't be more impressed with the courtesy and assistance I had from Mr Martin Chan, the salesman. I live on the other side of Sydney and he sent a valuer out to value my trade in and then some days later a dealer to collect my trade in as I wanted the plates transferred. A loan car was left and the new car delivered the next day. The price of the changeover was extremely good and little extras, such as mud flaps, carpets and window tinting were all included. Even a full tank of petrol. How different to most car dealers. I would never hesitate to return there for my next Honda. I recommend the salesman for all Honda buyers!

Sales team at Ford is simply TERRIBLE
Went in to buy a car. Saw a Ford in blue and liked it. Put down a deposit. Finance guy was great and had everything sorted within two days. Sales team would not accept online transaction number from my bank to theirs as proof of deposit. With weekend in between, that meant three working days apparently. Get real guys. Either pack up and quit or move to customers pace. Will not be buying there again for sure. Also request everyone intending to buy to make sure deadlines are adhered to. You are not working in a government funded office. In a private organization you either perform or get sacked.

I couldn't be happier
I bought a Peugeot second hand from the Toyota dealership two years ago. I chose the vehicle after three days of careful consideration. The sales team were very patient while I visited numerous times....sometimes just sitting in the car for an hour while I explored buttons and contemplated my decision. They never bothered me or harassed me but were always available if I had a question. When the time was right I negotiated a great deal. ch routine service and I have never had any issues whatsoever, just happy experiences. The best part is that the service is carried out by Toyota who sold the vehicle but they always have advice and assistance close by at the Peugeot service division if they need specialist advice. No more waiting several days for genuine Peugeot filters because they're just across the courtyard! They even give me a free coffee at the cafe (and the food there is good too). If you wish, they provide a courtesy bus to Liverpool so you can go shopping or see a movie or whatever you like while your car is serviced. No need to stand around the dealership if you don't want to! It has been one of the happiest car ownership experiences of my life. I couldn't be happier.Similar opinion? Service department
I bought a new CRV Honda. The battery failed after 9 month. It took 2 visits to the service department to convince them to replace the battery, which was still under warranty. The service man behind the counter was rude and acted if he knew all about batteries. He only checked the battery with a multemeter, if it was charging. but didn't do a load check. Most frustrating.
Very bad service and will never ever go back to Peter Warren to buy another car or for service and hope to convince my friends to follow my footsteps.

Peter Warren Service: Scam
I bought new Honda civic and all went ok with new extended warranty but on 1condition of getting the car serviced by them. The service employees annoyed many times. Booked online with day and time of my preference hoping someone will respond and confirm or reschedule. No responded. By the way someone called me and toll me someone will call me shortly. Nobody called 1day passes 2, 3, 4,... men these guys are so ignorant and arrogant.
Please please...friends don't trust these people. Try shop around for a better deals, great customer services and dealers who will take care of your car after purchases.

Worst customer service ever
Went in to buy a used Toyota Corolla got served by a Sth American sales man negotiated a price at that point it was 530pm and they were closing. available this is peter warren not a corner shop car yard so the Sth American sales man goes and gets some trade plates comes back and he's really annoyed which I don't understand as if yr a car sales man part of yr job would involve test drives so we get into the car and the Sth American salesman says u can only drive it in the car yard I said why and he said if u want to drive it on the road it's $500 more than yesterday and I say why are u playing games we negotiated a price which u agreed and it was 530pm and use where closing that's why I'm here today to just test drive it and buy it at the price we agreed went back to speak to the Mgr at Toyota used cars and he was no help went to escalate it to the senior dealership mgr tried calling a few times and left msg with his P/A and he never returned my call. Customer service Honda nasty and dishonest
These people are really appalling, went to Honda to finance a car through a broker, before the broker even confirmed full approval which will take a few days they had the buyer sign contract, pay deposit and they told a few days later the car ready with rego etc.. Before the approval came through!! Whaaaaat! Finance didn't approve. Especially Chris from Honda, threatens me, tells me to go to fair trading if I wish and got really upset when I started asking valid questions about the contract and why they order cars before approval then thief people's money. Hyundi accent
Want a good car, with inside room, great equipment and modern body styling? Then get a Hyundi Accent - we have one and we love it! We have had courteous service from all staff even great directions when we lose our way looking oround the car yard they also put on a biggest morning tea to raise money for Cancer research. All staff are loyal and enthusiastic.

Hyundai Service
Recently the radio in my girl friends 2011, i30 SR stopped working, the vehicle is no longer under warranty however,
due to the fact that it was purchased and serviced at Peter Warren, Hyundai agreed to replace the faulty unit with a reconditioned one at no cost except installation. A 60,000 km service was also performed.
We were given complimentary coffee vouchers which we used in their refurbished cafe with a purchased breakfast.
The repairs and service was completed ahead of schedule and the car was washed and vacuumed. She was very happy with the service and help given out of the warranty period.
Thank you for a job well done.

I will not go again...
I tried to get a few repairs and service done on my Volvo S80 at Peter Warren in Warwickfarm. Quotation was for $8,000.00. Suddenly the gentleman behind the bar wanted to repair power-steering pump as well and casually turned around and asked a guy who looked like a mechanic "how long for power-steering problem?" He casually said "around 5 hours". Really unhelpful
14 months ago I was ready to trade in an x-trail to buy a Suzuki SX4 but the salesman would not even give me a trade in valuation on the X trail telling me I would be better off selling it privately, nor would he even tell me the interest rate on finance for a SX 4. Great family car! Amazing team!
We purchased Hyundai 7 seater Santa Fe Highlander feomPeter Warren in Warwick Farm NSW, worth the trip! Staff were knowledegable, not pushy and respectful that we needes time to decide and figure out our finances... No dirty sales talk here just helpful and informative. We are also super happy with our purchase as not only has our car been voted SUV of the year 3yrs in a row, it's less than half the price of a BMW X5 (7seater) with the same interior features.
