Dodgy - Do not Use
Do not order from this mob under any circumstances - they are completely shonky. No contact possible by phone and emails generate automated reply. I was sent an order confirmation containing a fake Couriers Please tracking number! Luckily I only ordered $15 dollars worth of bird seed!
My bank is now processing a charge back to my credit card account and I have reported the matter to the Victorian Department of Consumer Affairs.

A joke of a business - if not a complete scam!
If I could give ZERO I would! Purchased a ruffwear doubleback harness (almost $250 just for that item) and several weeks later it was still showing as "processing" even though money had come out of my account. Because it was urgent I get this harness, I had to buy one from elsewhere - from a company that was from two states away as well and still had it to me by the next day. nd refund my as I had had to buy from elsewhere. Only then did they finally reply, LYING that they had sent the items but I was not there for the courier to deliver them to me, and for some reason their calling card was "missing". Subsequently the items were "returned to them". I know this is a complete lie as I had not received ANY emails or texts saying it was on the way and I'd checked the mail every day expecting it. Of course they ignored my email asking for a refund and finally ACTUALLY sent the item. So now I have 2 harnesses worth $250 each and only in need of one - I refuse to return the harness to the other company as they were amazing to deal with. Please do not order anything from these people. There business name expired in 2015. I ordered dog training pads and never got them. I paid for them too. I have purchased from them before with no problems. Their phone is not connected. Please do not purchase anything.

horrible shipping and communication
I wish Id seen this a while ago. I bought something from them and it took 11 days before it was processed for shipment. I tried to contact them but no reply. Im yet to receive it and by the look of these comments I probs won't. Lucky it was paid with PayPal. If it isnt moving anywhere with the tracking number I'm putting in a dispute. The worst company. Pay more and go elsewhere.

Disgusted with this company, taking peoples money and not even in operation or at said address of business. Will be reporting to consumer affairs. I ordered 5-6 weeks ago and still no product, no response to communications. If I could give them big fat zero I would.

PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing a dog bed but grateful I used PayPal. I ordered a dog bed and after a week I emailed as I had not received a dispatch email, got no reply. Then I did some research and saw these reviews and I was concerned. There website states they had moved, and the phones had not been connected mmm four weeks later and still no phones very dodgy. ent number listed belonged to an order from 2015. The whole email was a scam to make me think it had been posted. Anyway, I opened a dispute with PayPal and after another two weeks received a refund as they had not replied to PayPal. Please note I just searched for the same bed and a seller on eBay trading as “thatonline store” came up there are 3000 positive reviews so I purchased the same dog bed BUT when I got my PayPal receipt it shows as the "The Laws Group PTY LTD" which is the same company that owns Petology they also have another pet business registered under the same ABN so I suspect I will not get my item again and will have to open a dispute through eBay so PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.Similar opinion? Worst online experience I've ever had!
If I could have given this company zero 'stars' I would have. Ordered some aquarium products that their website listed as 'in stock'. The charge was debited from my credit card in less than 12 hours. 10 days later the order still hadn't even been processed. I messaged them using their web-based message service and got no reply. Several days later my order status changed to 'processed' and a tracking number was issued. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and the courier company that it was supposed to be sent through has no record of my parcel being in their system. I've messaged Petology again but still no reply. I don't hold out much hope of ever getting my order or my money back. I will never use them again!

Absolutely shocking! Avoid at all cost
This company is absolutely shocking..avoid the stress of buying from them. If i could give zero stars i would. They do not reply to messages or answer phone .. it took them over a week to dispatch then they deliver with a company that isn't any better..my order got lost. No one cared or bothered to get back to me. I found my order just dumped inside my gate 18 days after purchase just partly wrapped in black plastic. Just a tip here people..most shops will price match. I know where ill be ordering .next and its sure as heck is not Petology!

Same experience as almost everyone here. I made a purchase weeks ago which hasn't turned up and have had no response by phone or email follow ups. I'll be trying to get a refund and telling everyone I know not to touch this company (if it's even a real company!) with a barge pole.

Not reliable
I've ordered twice from them, late last year and not too long ago but they are really inconsistent with timing and have zero communication. First order took 8 days from order to delivery which is alright. Current one has been 2 weeks and still not received with no updates of any kind.
Timing might not be such a huge issue if not for their own terms stating that there's a certain period until shipment and there'd be communication if there's a delay which it does not live up to.

Appalling. Do not use this company.
Very sorry I did not read reviews of this company before ordering from them for the first time last month. Their web site says they are in the middle of move, so phones still being connected but business as usual for email etc.
I did not receive goods ordered. They did not respond to any emails nor do they answer the phone. Shipping tracking number provided was incorrect (verified when I checked with courier company).
Thankfully I purchased via Paypal and Paypal have processed a full refund despite repeated follow up attempts with Petology.
Do not use this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
WARNING WARNING WARNING. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. What a poor excuse for an online store. Placed an order weeks ago. After a week of hearing nothing I sent them an email querying where my order was. No response received. Then lodged a complaint via PayPal. No response received. They do not answer their phones. Have still not received the order or a single email from them as to where my order is. Have now raised a dispute with PayPal in order to get a refund. Worst store I’ve ever encountered.

Purchased items on the 13th of June. Received part of my order on the 20th of June. An item was missing. I contacted Petology via the only means possible, their website, to request a refund for the item I never received, but didn't receive a reply. I continued to email them and I even tried calling them on the number they have listed with PayPal. No-one answered the call and still no reply to my emails. Do not use this company
I ordered a product from this company and it was delivered 13 days later. During this time I sent them numerous emails as I needed it ASAP. My last email was to cancel my order and refund me the full amount as I needed the product before a specific date so had to order else where. No reply still to this day. Only just received my order yesterday. They sent it out against my direct orders to cancel my order and refund. I wish I never ordered from them. I should have read the reviews before hand.
