One review below had me worried. They were partly right, many of the 5* reviews sound very similar and are from people who've only reviewed once. But I went through with the purchase because it was significantly cheaper and because the Facebook reviews were positive and looked more genuine. I hardly give any reviews but I am so happy with the fast delivery that I just had to post a comment. I recently bought my pets food on pet circle and they took forever to deliver my pet was due to arrive from quarantine and the food had not arrived, somehow she was overdue in quarentine and the food arrived. But Pet Post even ordering on festive seasons they were absolutely spot on with their delivery and tracking it.

Was a little worried when I saw the other review here saying this company was a scam but I had already ordered. However was all good for me. I ordered a 15kg bag of Royal Canin dog food and it was much cheaper than other places I looked. I placed my order Sunday arrived Thursday (Queanbeyan NSW) which was a litte slower than I would have liked however with great prices & free post will buy from again.

Placed my 1st order 4 days ago. The order status is still as "unfulfilled". Tried to contact them for help by email, webchat on their website, Facebook and tried to call. When trying to call I got immediately pre-recorded message that "all their consultants are busy" and that I can request call back or try to call back. When selecting "Request a call back" it immediately goes back to the beginning of the message and then it hangs up.

It's a SCAM. If you look at the people reviewing this site they are all. the same on all these reviews.
