where can i get an instruction manual for my Phillips Pro Power 2000? i don't know how to connect the hose and handle...it keeps coming apart when i use it?

Does this have a HEPA filter?

Hi RPM, Yes, this vac comes with a pleated HEPA 10 filter. It has a large filter surface and good filtration performance. In combination with the cyclonic airflow, this prevents it from cloggin fast and gives you better and longer-lasting filtration results. The Phillips Power pro FC8472/71 model is great, However I'm having trouble sourcing out filters for this machine. I have tried numerous stores with no success. The on-line ordering cannot find the part codes. Could you please advise where I can purchase some more filters?, codes as follows:

Hi Margarita, apologies for the late reply. The accessory you are looking for is the FC8058/01 Filter replacement kit compatible with your PowerPro Compact. The kit contains a HEPA filter with foam inlay, and two exhaust filters. The filter kit should be available at Target as of December 1st 2014. Hope this answers your question. I also have been trying to get the Replacement Filter Kit FC8058/01 . On Philips advice I have tried Godreys, Harvey Norman & Target to no avail. Philips website tells you to go to Godreys but they do not have this kit available in their computer system. I am extremely frustrated with Philips and there false information provided on their website.
I am also frustrated as I haven't found the Replacement Filter Kit FC8058/01 anywhere. It's time to replace it (after more than a year). I haven't been able to use the vacuum for three months as I had to throw out the original filters due to poor suction. Come on Philips Australia!
