Unprofessional, unsatisfied and horrible customer service. They send parcel in wrong suburb, inspite the delivery option was additionally paid and when I ask just re delivered to local post shop they still couldn’t do it. Inspite I am at work and can’t sit and wait for re delivery. Delivery from Star track are even worse!! Awful wasting money service.

Be competitive charging 60.00 for ear piercings when another shop in the store charges 30.00 and when told about the price difference the old lady serving was rude and obnoxious won’t be returning for my monthly haircuts stay away from strathpine Priceline

Had my hair done at price attack arndale 3 weeks ago the color had faded and I didn't like the color it had become...as arndale had closed down in that 3 weeks..I went to price attack at city x today told them my concerns and they had fixed my hair and it looks amazing thanks to the girls at city x you done a great job ...would recommend to anyone if they have an issue with there hair service just ring them and they are very happy to fix the problem they are understanding and want you walking out happy with the service

Marion Price Attack...quoted $318 to do 1/2 head foils, colour, cut and blowdry. Ended up with 10 foils, colour and cut for $260 and loads of hairdye on my face. Not going back.

First time & last time in this store..was just enquiring about nail lacquer stock, person serving told me "just open it" (was not even a tester, means 100 people before me could have used it - unhygienic) with a matched tone & face expression of, "don't bother me I'm on my mobile but I'll serve the other person" (person was in their 30s, 40s.) I was going to make a purchase but with that attitude, no thanks see ya. Had much better service at a different store selling same products.

While the hairdressing service is standard, the pricing is not. For foils, colour, cut & dry, the price was $50 more than I regularly pay of $139. Regrowth colour was quoted at $69 and a cut was also $69, for which I pay total $80 elsewhere. The Price Attack was on my wallet.

At Price Attack, Carindale the hairdressing service has been of a high quality. Using Matrix products the dark grey in my hair has been blended beautifully with shades of blonde. Both hairdressing and store front staff create a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

The girl was amazing, but it calm to 340$ for something that would have been 200$ in another store, kinda pathetic considering they told me a different price point when I first went in there.

The older woman who works at Strathpine is extremely aggressive and berated me for accidentally bumping stock (plastic bottle which I re-positioned first) then ridiculed me for asking if toning shampoos were 'all together'. She then proceeded to yell at me when I asked why a shampoo was twice the price as the same at Glamco retail? When I finally suggested to her that she should speak more politely to customers, she then started screaming and berating me in front of other customers, who looked shocked as well. Omg! - what are you thinking keeping this Banshee employed? Her grooming is a dreadful example - almost as bad as her attitude.

My first appt here. Never been loyal to any particular salon but so pleased with this shampoo, cut and blowdry and although a few more dollars than I have previously paid elsewhere I will be back. Thankyou

This is a place to avoid, unless you don't mind a complete lack of respect and assistance. With a definite attitude of "the customer is always wrong", Price Attack's customer service (or lack thereof) is the worst ANYWHERE on this planet.

Asked simply for a piercing, saw someone else getting it done and they said no our ear piercer isn't here today, I asked the guy that just got it done where he got it from, he said price attack! Absolute joke you should all be ashamed of yourselves
