Rudest people ever. Never go there. The attitude is ridiculous. Customer service at its absolute worst. Walked in and asked for a product, looked at me from top to bottom and made me feel like a complete idiot. Someone needs to tell these people how to be nice.

Have been attending Price Attack Hair Salon for some years in the Hyperdome, Loganholme. Hair cuts were reasonable for a while, but this last 12 months, the quality of the cuts were not acceptable. On last occasion, I had to return twice in the period of 2 weeks, to redo the cut. They refused on the 2nd time, and insisted I pay full price. The attitude of the manager was very poor. Now I am told they have moved elsewhere as closed down in the Hyperdome. Not surprised!

I found the web site impossible to navigate and no help at all. I only wanted to see their hair colour range! They showed images galore, none of which seemed to be about what I was looking for.

Staff were extremely aggressive and defensive when I questioned how I might get a refund on one of their products. I felt as though I was being attacked for asking the question. I now know that they don't offer refunds even if the product has not been used or is not suitable for use. I accept this, but their attitude and customer service was appalling.

Thanks a million to Kelly (Australia Fair, Southport, Qld) for helping me to make the decision to ‘cut’ to short hair.. Love the style!!! Always great service....Five out of Five!

I've been to a lot of expensive salons and always feel disappointed and ripped off so now I will only go to Price Attack at Karrinyup, I've had different staff there every time and they have all been really good and have given me exactly what I wanted without pressuring me to buy anything and the prices are good, quite often they can squeeze me in for a haircut without having to make an appointment which is great, I've now moved to the other side of town but I still go back to Karrinyup Price Attack whenever I want to do something with my hair.

I phoned Price Attack Belconnen ACT late in the day to book an appointment and they replied if I arrived soon they could fit me in. When I arrived the lady was almost finished cleaning the floor but she was more than happy to fit me in. Thanks for the amazing service, I will definitely be back again.

I have ordered an item and kept getting notification of where my order is up to. When I got notified that my item was delivered, I found that I have not received it. I tried emailing price attack to let them know that the status of my order said delivered however I have not received it, but I got no response from them. Luckily my neighbours brought it to me, so it was delivered two blocks away. I do not think I will trust ordering online from this place again.

Really disappointed, I was quoted one price over the phone then went in and had to buy a load of products to get the price I was quoted. Won’t be back

I went to Price Attack Strathpine today... have never been treat in such a disgusting manner as I was by [name removed]. No one came to serve me so I tried a pin head size sample of a hair cream that had obviously been opened before (I assumed it was a tester) [name removed] tried to Bully me into paying for the product. When I refused she called me a thief. I was sworn at and told to get out of the shop. I have been to numerous PA stores in the past but will never step inside one again. I went around the corner and bought what I wanted from Hair Warehouse who were most helpful. You are nothing but a Bully [name removed] and should not work in Customer Service.

Really $72 for a students hair cut! But I guess I should be happy with the $8 discount!!! So called restyle with no wash or blow dry!! Not happy about the cost and will never recommend to others. So disappointed with price attack at Marion

i went to book an appt for a price attack store so i can get my hair done. however, even though i booked one and waited for a while to get into my appt, the hairdresser said that i should come back another day since she wasn't done with her previous client. i think if a business and a client made an arrangement, the store should abide by it by accommodating the customer one way or another and not waste their time. there were also 2 people working at that time. not sure why the other person cannot assist? price attack is meant to be more of a hair product store ONLY and not so much of a salon plus product store.

amazing!!! Great service and such amazing employees will defiantly be going back for any future hair appointments without a doubt, very pleased with the results and would defiantly recommend them :)

$40 for a haircut without a wash or blow dry. It took 10 minutes. Cut itself was nice but I said don't worry about blow drying it as they had waiting customers. Won't get my repeat business.
