Sarah and pip from price attack city cross are absolutely amazing!!. I went in to have a hair colour put in something out of my comfort zone. I wasnt sure how that would work. After having it bleached i wasnt sure what to think, i was confused. Following day i woke up i wasnt comfortable with the colour, it certainly wasnt the hairdressers fault. I rang and spoke with sarah, she said we were thinking about u, we were going to call u. Just then i felt like it wasnt a let down they were amazing and handled everything with care and worked on me untill we got it right. Im so glad i had two amazing women who are helpful and supportive.

Dont get your hair cut @ mornington
Absolutely butchered my daughters (aged 5) hair.
Has hair down to her lower back. Asked them to take 2inches off in a straight line (not a hard job really). It ended up about 4 inches shorter with layers....too short too even platt it.
Offered no refunds (as had paid upfront) another customer waiting even left the shop and said to me that they were not letting them near her hair after what they did to my daughter.

Warning: do not buy this expensive product
I purchased hair extensions pure human hair from PRICE ATTACK for my daughters birthday present, she was super keen. My daughter noticed after a month that her hair extensions were shrinking by looking at photos of herself and comparing them month by month, I went to the store and sought advice (was my daughter looking after them correctly) and PRICE ATTACK confirmed she was, you can straighten them, curl them, basically treat them like your own hair. simply could not happen and had never heard of this happening before, even ringing their head office I got the same response, simply could not happen, even though the proof was right in front of them, after going to FAIR TRADING, the company PRICE ATTACK would not refund, exchange or give a store credit because I did not keep the receipt even though I had my credit card statement showing the $300 that the hair extensions cost.
