Private Fleet worked to get the best turnover price for my new i30. The supplying dealer complied with all Private Fleet requirements with the vehicle being delivered 6 weeks early. I cannot think of any part of the process that could be improved.

This is the first time using private fleet and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Whilst we had some minor hiccups with the Dealership the car we requested when told locally none were available was sourced by Private Fleet and delivered to our doorstep. Thanks heaps we are now looking for our second car to replace after both of our cars were written off by the Townsville Floods.

Although I didnt end buying with them, the experience was pleasant and easy. They did manage to get an extremely good price that my local dealer struggled to beat. Highly recommended. If you dont like negotiating this service is perfect and they will get a well dicounted price.

I have just saved $1200.0 on the cheapest price I was able to source myself for a new mazda.
I received a phone call the same day I completed the on line form and within 2 days I had paid $1000 deposit & my car was ordered.I chose to pick up the car from the dealer myself & drove away with complete instructions on my new car & a full tank of petrol.I would definatly recommend private fleet.

Purchased a Honda CRV. Paid $1000 deposit. They found a dealer all the way from Hamilton Honda where 2 hours drive from where based. Car need to wait for more than a month. The price they do which if you walk in any Honda dealership without negotiation will still cheaper than they offer. Sounds like why I will pay deposit for it ? As my friend work there. I finally purchased from my location dealership with a much better offer and get the car in 1 week. Contacted them to cancel the order as no point to wait for that long and paying extra. Of course they ate my deposit. One of the worst experience. Never deal with them unless you are too rich. Should just check their Facebook review as nothing positive.

I will absolutely use Private Fleet again and can recommend to anyone thinking of buying a new car. I live in Regional NSW and to save thousands on my car purchase and have it delivered to my door was awesome.

My wife and I recently retired and have always preferred going to a dealer and dealing with someone we have met. We visited our local dealers and obtained the best prices available. After hearing about Private fleet we did some research and decided to give them a go and get a quote. To be honest the service we received from our local dealer group left much to be desired whilst the service from Private fleet was exemplary from the start. In addition the price they were able to negotiate was not hundreds but thousand lower than the best quote we had received!
They have completely won us over and we will be singing their praises to family and friends!

Be warned. The sales consultant did not divulge T&Cs verbally on the phone and I didn’t understand the fine print. As such I have lost $1000 deposit (non-refundable, as told by the very condescending Managing Director).

I obtained a number of comparison prices and all were what I felt to be over the top after doing my research.I contact Damon from Private Fleet and within a couple of hours of tendering out the job, the prices came flowing in. I was very happy with the price I received and have purchased via PF.
Why would you drive around to dealers getting multiple prices when you can go to Private Fleet.

May 2018 bought a Dmax.supposedly with 2 years FREE servicing included. Brisbane dealership says No record of this. Start to email and phone Private Fleet on 28 Jan 2022 for an answer with no reply. What sort of after sale service is this ? LOVELY !!! A quick phone call back would be nice. Greg Haritonoff
