I highly recommend using Progressive Air. Progressive Air’s aircon technicians Jack and Josh did a fabulous job installing a new Daikin wall split system yesterday. They had to think outside the box in order to install the head unit due to challenging and limited access to the specific position we wished to have it installed. Nothing but great, friendly and professional service from everyone involved with this job. Thank you guys for making this happen so quickly on very short notice!

Progressive Air (booked through HydroKleen Brisbane West) failed to properly tighten the gas connection after servicing our air con unit last year. This has resulted in non-functional reverse cycle units in our home (just in time for winter) and an $800 quote to regas the unit. Their director conceeded that their technician was at fault, but said they are not obliged to fix the problem. In what universe is it ok to go around damaging personal property, admit liability, then refuse to resolve the issue? Appalling service, would urge everyone to stay away from this company.
