We laid our impressive ultra floorboards just over 2 years ago and I have to say, I'm super impressed. We have them going through our whole house, including kitchen and are about to lay them in our laundry. Haven't noticed any spacing or buckling issues. We have a big dog who has long nails and loves a good zoomie around the house. Her excitement has never resulted in so much as a nick on the boards. Would definitely recommend.

As a Wood Flooring Contractor, and coming from a "traditional" Solid Parquet / Hardwood flooring back-ground, I was initially most unimpressed with any Laminate or Engineered Wood Floor.
HOWEVER, having now installed these products for over 20 years, these products are the best of their type on the market and the "Quick-Step" personnel are a delight to do business with.
Calue for money, they are the best wood floor system on the market today !

I’ve sold and installed quick step flooring for years. It’s highly resistant to scratching and has some of the best manufacturering standards, they are easy to install too. As a flooring installer I’ve seen it all and quick step is the most stable flooring I’ve ever used. I highly recommend this product.

I was led to believe this product was different from other laminates & was waterproof, it's not so now have areas that are lifting & need replacing.
I'll never use it again.

I had to get on this website because of the unbelievable floor that this quickstep laminate has been for me for 14 YEARS!!!! It is AS PERFECT as the day it was laid!!! No scratches, dents or mishaps ... I will never consider anything else.

Having read some of these reviews, I was cautious about this product. However I've just installed just over 100m squared of quickstep laminate majestic. The sales man in the store i purchased from spoke very highly of this brand and promised that it would be a hassle free floor. Not only does is look fantastically real, none of the guests that I've invited around can tell it's a laminate. It is extremely hard waring and can withstand the day-to-day livings of a large family. My daughter and fiancé installed Quickstep Eligna Laminate in their house and they love it. It is extremely hard wearing, easy to maintain and install. We had the Quickstep Vinyl Click plank installed as it is quieter and also easy to maintain. Both products are excellent and I would only trust Quickstep products in my home

We installed the Quick-Step Palazzo "Pure Oak Extra Matt" in our house in September last year. The product was recommended to us by our Belgian friends (it's a very famous brand over in Europe) who have it in their home as well. Now, almost ten months later, we are still over the moon with our new floor!! It looks amazing and was the best decision ever!! The lacquered finish looks really natural and protects the floor against all sorts of stains and scratches. (we are a messy family) I've spilled coffee and wine on it and the floor just stays beautiful. It also comes with a strong warranty. I think the trick to a good floor is really the installation and maintenance. Get a good installer, there are Quick-Step certified installers around!!

Hubby laid Quick Step Eligna in our whole house, bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen 12 months ago and it’s fantastic. We are not careful with it and with 2 dogs and 2 kids it gets a workout. I mop it like I would tiles, kids are always spilling stuff on it, dogs run around on it and zero problems with swelling or scratching. One tiny dent from brother in law knocking a full bottle of wine off the kitchen bench (glass and liquid EVERYWHERE) but that would’ve damaged even hardwood flooring. Very happy and would definitely recommend!!

We moved into our house nearly 4 months ago, we've done nearly everything to get this disgusting floors clean, they come out with a cleaning product and said we need to clean them for another 3 months.
Over it, endlessly cleaning it for nothing, ringing fair trade on Monday

Looks great when its 'undamaged; but shows up every little mark. After 12 months ours started bubbling in a couple of areas and its spreading. Supplier was blunt .....one drop of water will start it off. Also chipped in two spots and we are a quiet household. No sympathy from supplier/layer. No duty of care obviously.

This flooring is of poor quality. Has no longevity and is easily damaged. Not only does it chip easily it swells like a balloon when it sees water. Let's call it 'puffer fish floorboards' when distressed it expands and then looks horrible as you have to rip up ALL of the surrounding boards because of the way they interlock. Oh and if you bought the 7mm boards a couple of years ago and wish to continue the flooring into another room forget it. In their infinite wisdom they decided to stop making 7mm and make it 8mm. So if you try marrying the two together you get a .5mm lip top and bottom. WHY?? Who knows. I wish i spent my money on another product.

This stuff is complete garbage!!!...Should be taken off the market as an unmerchantisble product...All it has to do is see water and it bubbles,and when it bubbles its no turning around!...People save yourself a lot of TROUBLE and steer clear of this inferior product,its quite simply not durable as flooring.RIPPED OFF!!!!!!
