The electrician arrived within the quoted time period. The problem was resolved but he waited around to ensure it didn’t recur. He also checked over everything.
Technician was clean, well-spoken, friendly and helpful. A professional in every way.

Plumber[Craig?] arrived and quickly analysed the problem. Excellent Service. The problem was with a security light that did not trip in daytime but tripped in darkness. We could not understand why the problem was intermittent but Craig solved the problem

My technician was courteous, upfront, and effective. Shame the call out was from a cheap landlord wanting an easy fix that required someone who does oven repairs or installations for rusted and abused ovens from the 70s. It’s offensive that real estates are abusing this service as a hopeful means of cutting costs.

It is frightening to be alone in the house in the middle of night and wake to find you have only partial electric power (no overhead lights, some power points working, others not).
It was a relief to be able to ring the RACV emergency home asset and now that help was coming, as it did about 35 minutes later.

The RACV Electrician, Taylor, attended within 35 minutes of call and quickly identified the cause of the electrical power fault that had cut off several power points in the kitchen. He was very polite and clearly explained the source of the shortage and rectified within 10 minutes. He comes highly recommended.

Our safety switch tripped and we could not locate the problem. RACV was able to send out an electrician within the hour who identified the cause of the problem and advised on next steps.

My call to EHA was answered by a supportive and understanding representative who assured me I would
have a technician within one hour from my initial call which I made about 5.30pm. I had only partial electricity...(fridge, freezer, security system, etc all not working). The electrician arrived on time as promised and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. There was water in an outside power point which was connected to the watering system controls. The electrician was extremely patient, pleasant and helpful. Congratulations to all concerned for the quick and reliable and caring service. I will NEVER be without RACV EHA. Sue

Power point switch in the electrical box shut down hence lost all power. The EHA technician D Muresan replaced the faulty switch. Great service and relief @ 10.30 pm SAT night.

Electrician arrived within the quoted time frame which was amazing given it was Friday evening peak hour during a massive storm. We had no electricity (no phone no internet!) but the problem was very quickly identified and rectified in half the house so we had the basic lights, cooking, TV. He advised us to wait 48 hours for everything to dry out before incurring further expense and bingo 48 hours later all was restored. We are very happy customers and highly recommend Emergency Home Assist!

We arrived home at 11.50pm to find many of our lights were flashing and our home alarm was beeping.We phone Home Assist and were advised an electrician would be with us within the hour.John Roberts arrived at 12.39am. diagnosed the problem, explained to us what the fault was, contacted Citipower to have the fault rectified and explained to us what we had to do until the fault was rectified and what we had to do once power was restored. All in all a very satisfactory experience

The service delivered was exceptional. Advised someone would attend with an hour. The electrician called within 5-10 minutes of me calling RACV to confirm the issue. Arrived onsite and investigated the issue. Was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful about what to do next.

The electrician arrived promptly after our call to RACVEHA, despite it being Boxing Day. He was business-like and fixed our dangerously dangling shower fan quickly and checked the associated switch and provided useful advice about replacement of broken LED insert.

The Electrician was able to quickly assess the faulty main switch, and professionally replacing it with no problems. He was polite and apologetic for coming late due to work pressures, which was totally understandable.
