Radio Rentals

I needed mobile phones I applyed for 2 cheap ones. After week of jumping through hoops. Giving them what they wanted. I get a no. I called asked why. The store said the computer makes the decision. I made a compliant. Been 2 weeks not a word they have my number email address. They couldn't even give me one cheap phone

I have been renting with RR for 10 years and have never had an issue......yes i pay more than the product sells for outright but i dont have the cash up front..if i was to get a personal loan, i would be paying back in interest, more than the goods are worth but with RR if anything goes wrong, they fix or replace it, the bank won't do that....

Hi just inquiring if you sign contract before it's finished do you still pay for the product.if it's a Rent Try $1 Buy or do you just keep paying till the end.

When it came to repairing my Dyson vacuum cleaner it took 4 months to get it even sent off and I still need to pay for price and in the end I had to post it up to Dyson I had to arrange everything and they Credited $37.70 I was with a vacuum cleaner for over 4 months I would never recommend them as a rental products again and once I finished I will never use them again I wouldn't think they're asking a cash converters loan to buy the basics of fridge and washing machine and a vacuum cleaner I would recommend find another way I actually having a lawsuit against them because it's a $1 buy scheme so far as only South Australia

Radio rentals are awesome nearly furnished my house with these guys been awesome everytime..thanks radio rentals great job well done will definitely be back for more items in the future

We are paying 4 x the price for a smart TV that is awful quality and when I called during the cooling off period to cancel the woman told me that the cooling off period was for them not the customer and I was stuck. Being 37 weeks pregnant and sick I didn't think at the time how ludicrous this was... now everytime I watch TV it makes me mad...

My daughter bought a portable aircon.. worth $799.. but without me knowing got it on contract with these people thinking her and her partner had saved for it.. and realised she's still paying it off.. called them and it ends next month she has paid double the price of it over 3 years like wth.. and then wait for it they also want it returned or to pay 150 to keep it..like holy friggen mother of God.. you've got to be kidding me.. these places take advantage of the young people who have no idea about these kind of places..keep clear of these thieving places

I'm a pensioner and went into radio rentals to rent a smart tv the saleswoman told me the Hitachi 55in smart tv could go on the net like a computer so i got it. For the last 6 weeks I have been trying and it turns out you cant.i told radio rentals and they aggreed to swap for the tv they should have rented me in the first place but i have to pay another $75 we can't afford that so it looks like for the next 3 years we will be paying for a tv we are neither happy with or want

We bought a sofa on sale from Radio Rental Gepps cross. Within a year time, sitting side of L part got completely compressed and making it almost uncomfortable to use.

They are fast to take your money but it takes forever for them to return your money.Its only$180 but to me it can help with treatment. I have been puched from one to the other and lied in my face enough is enough.

Dealt with the Blacktown store in westpoint, nobody seems to know what they're doing including the manager, can't even process a simple direct debit and went thru 3 staff to get it sorted, nothing has been done to date. Worst customer service EVER and all theyre after is your money, not loyalty.

Found staff are very helpful and were able to assist me with what I was needing. Will continue to use there service in the future highly recommend to anyone that uses them.

If you can help it, avoid them. No one ever calls back, they can't give you actual facts and Accounts are always confused. I have been nothing but frustrated when dealing with them. I even got the wrong couch delivered, 3 seats, instead of the modular i was looking at and actually picked, but no one knows anything and just handballs and blames everyone else, so I just had to keep it.

I haven't had any problems with them nothing but great service and they make it so easy to get what you need trust me people just read the terms and conditions

I have been dealing with these people forever and paid a lot of money to them. When you get behind they send a couple of tatooed thugs around to your work to talk to you. Be careful, not customers, them..
