As far as I know yes you do if you have signed a contract and you have the product still must keep pay until his contract is ended when your contract ends can you pay $1 and then it's yours add are looking to the contract and make sure that you understand it also maybe contact Fair trading and ask for advice is well

So after a painful 4 months without a vacuum cleaner and going backwards and forwards with emails and phone calls between Dyson and radio rentals to get it fixed in the end I had to make arrangements to be sent to Dyson so it sent back today the 13th it come back supposedly fixed so with anticipation and excitement I plugged in it didn't work it made a noise and smoke came out of it not happy Jan

Unfortunately you do and this will be with all rental Companies to the best of my knowledge. The reason for that is because you have to considered an adult to be able to sign a contract.
There are also better places to rent items like direct appliance rentals. They can get you anything from JB HiFi or appliances online and they give you an answer within 4hours where these guys take up to 48 hours and charge more.

Radio Rentals & faulty products how to complain to ASIC regarding faulty recliner chairs which has been ongoing for the last 3 months. Trying to blame us for the chairs losing colour in one area only & that is the foot rest. They sent out a leather doctor who according to them it was because we did not clean them. The only area affected is the footrests on both recliner chairs Brand is Dixie Cummings & material is rhino leather. We were told the leather doctor's report said our carpet was dirty & we did not clean the chairs. Now I sent an email to the leather doctor & they are disputing what they emailed to Radio Rentals so I rang Radio Rentals again & I am waiting on the report that the leather doctor wrote to them. We are being fobbed off & they say it is our fault. We are so sick of this & we do not know where to go from here.

We are renting 2 recliners & washing machine from radio rentals & the 2 recliners are already fading in various places we have contacted them quite a lot & now they say the manufacturer is going to assess them soon I wonder what year how can I make a formal complaint about this issue the chairs are only 9 months old our contract is for 5 years from September 2018. My partner rents a washing machine from RR. It broke down in December 2018. RR picked it up to fix it. To this day we still haven't got it back, and my partner has still been paying for it.
