hi my sister got me an iphone for Christmas from them and on the weekend it was stolen. Will they be able to track it or replace it?

I brought a treadmil 3yr ago and after lease buy for $1. I asked for a new one so I know then its not been badly used.They delivered it to my lounge room all in plastic and book and allen key also in a plastic zip bag. I never used it for 1yr. I then moved into a house I brought and its lived in double garage for 2yr on carpet and no water or rain can get to it. Almost 3yrs has gone and it stopped working so I called and they picked it up and said its not a motor issue its the belt from wear and tear.Byt they said its corroded under the front and they asked has it been in water or left outside? I said definitely not.I then called the store and told them what they said and I asked mel has anyobe else had it before me? She said yes 1 other person I said well I asked for a new one so I know its not been treated bad and I know im only owner. And secondly I would not of hired a secondhand one at $35 fortnight totalling $2773.68 when I could of got a secondhand one half that cost, also none of my contract paperwork tells me if new or used now ive looked after this issue. What can I do about it as im not impressed?

Hi almost 3yr ago i hired a treadmill i asked for a new one.whn they delivered it it was all wrapped up in plastic. Almost 3yr has passed and it would not go.they picked it up and said was a worn out belt. They asked if ever in water as under it is coroded.i said never its always been inside. I called the store and told them i find it strange they askef if ever been in water as corroded under it.i told manager always been inside.i then asked you sure someone else never had it before me? She then looked up records abd said its secondhand.i then told her when i hired it i asked for brand new one as then i know ive only used it plus i want to buy it after lease runs out for a $1. I then came home to look at my contract and it dont tell me if its new or used.i thort $35 fortnight is good for a new treadmill lease but not for somthing already used and end of lease it means ive paid $2773.68 for a secondhand tready NOT IMPRESSED. What can i do about this?
