Hello RebeI
I bought a blue Adidas bag in store and when I returned home I noticed that my mother had already bought me a bag and I prefer that bag over the one I bought. I was wondering if i could return the bag in store which is in perfect condition and still has tags. The only problem is I have lost my receipt and paid with cash and was wondering if they could exchange the bag for a rebel gift card.

I have bought a pair of soccer boots in $299.00 from Rebel Sports like six months ago and now it has been tore up after I have been doing everything to keep it away from water or anything that can be damaging to it. Can I get a refund or exchange of the item?

Hi there. I bought a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus shoes on 13 January (so 6 months ago) and the fabric and mesh is tearing and coming apart, even though I have only used them for walking a couple times a week. Can I still return them?

If you would like to return in-store please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase (receipt, rebel Active membership or bank statement) with you. Please note that some stores are currently opened for click and collect orders only due to lockdown restrictions and will be unable to process refunds in stores.
If you are returning online, you can return your online purchase for free with Parcel Point and Australia Post! Please note that exchanges are subject to availability - if you would like us to look into this, please let us know.

Hey I bought a Celsius gs2 on Wednesday because it had really good reviews got home put it all together and done my first work out on it Thursday can’t seem to get full range of motion with most movements as the weights hit maximum height too early am I eligible for refund or store credit at all?

- when it is faulty
- wrongly described; or
- different from a sample shown to you.

Most stores exchange or refund their products, otherwise if you cut off clothing tags, I would visit/call the store you purchased from and explain your situation of cutting off clothing tags and I’m sure they would most likely exchange the item... I have been unable to place an order through the rebel website with an error message telling me that the site is consistently down due to high order volumes. This has been occurring for over one week. I called the help line and they will not place my order as I want to use a gift card. Is there an alternate way to place my order?

Hi Rebel, I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive 3 on your website recently for my partners birthday. It was a surprise and unfortunately, it wasn't the one he wanted. I still have original packaging, receipt and I am within 28 days of purchase. The watch has not been used, or even turned on, but he did initially remove the screen sticker that comes on the watch face. Can I still get a refund for this?
