Fussy customer
I'm very fussy & fastidious when questioning pricing and conditions. My personal experience with Red Energy in mid Jun'22 has been fantastic. "Top notch customer service and transparency". Well done guys. All the rest is history.

Love being with Red Energy
I live 30 mins south of Wollongong. I have been with Red Energy for about seven years and cannot fault them. They are Australian owned (Snowy Hydro) and operated which was the major signing point. Even with the large increases of late ( July 2022), they have not yet increased electricity and the gas bill has increased by about $10 per quarter. They also support PCYC. I am very impressed with Red and will not be changing any time soon.

Very good service. Australian too.
Never had a problem. Great rates. Easy to deal with. Good feed in tariff. The company is Australian so the money is spent here in Australia. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service
Switched to Red Energy yesterday. Easy transition, quick phone call and done. Great customer service. Am yet to see benefits as just switched but rates are cheaper and we are able to lock in for 12 months rates, no contract.

Trouble free transition
Moved over from the big 'O', having been with them for years. Red staff are polite & competent. Their prices are good, in fact having a fixed price until 31/5/2023 is a bonus. Previous supplier would not match, so it's bye bye.

Red energy is an 100% Australian company. I am using since 2015 and great prices always. Call Center in Melbourne and that’s also handy. I would recommend Red energy any day.

Great local customer service, didn’t have to wait that long to speak to someone and I earn bonus Qantas points for paying my bills. Highly Recommend to consider red energy.

Switching to Red- tick
I switched to Red Energy for Electricity and gas because I wanted to use an Australian owned company supporting renewable energy. I was surprised to save money by switching as I thought I was already on a good deal. The pay on time discount is very generous and a big bonus. A big shout out to the customer service team- the call Centre is in Australia, wait times are short and my enquiries always resolved first time. I couldn’t be happier with my switch to Red Energy

Easy smooth process. Don’t know why people hate red so much
Last Friday I decided to make the switch to red energy as I was fed up with AGL. Such a smooth easy process online. Today Monday I received my confirmation email with my tariffs. I saw that it was time of use so I gave them a quick call and they answered all my questions in good detail and made me feel confident in my choice.

Nobody responding to emails or answering phone.
I know customer support exists and we are customers but for it to work there must be "support" not just the premise that Red Energy has " Customer Support"!
So, do the right thing and please explain why I have not been provided with a bill - I have provided a direct debit payment, a smart meter and I have made it relatively easy for Red - Make it so!
