Still love this retro style heater after 10yrs use
We still love this retro style heater after 10 years use. And it still works perfectly. Has never skipped a beat. We check it annually ourselves (i.e. ensure that hoses don't leak, and we remove dust etc. using a computer monitor cleaning air-can) and we also keep it covered during the summer months to avoid dust build up on the elements etc... But otherwise we do nothing but use it, and it's perfect for our lounge room in winter. And I love it's retro look. Very happy customer here. Long live our Rinnai Titan! The price was very fair too.
Purchased in June 2021 at Harvey Norman Appliances Physical Store for $500.00.

Fantastic heater
After purchasing our Rinnai gas heater we had our warmest winter ever. It is very easy to use and has excellent safety functions. It comes with two heat settings, but i hardly ever needed to have it on the high setting. I cant recommended this heater highly enough. Five stars from me

beautiful and warm
Great heater, Rinnai might cost a bit more but it is a quality heater that will last you a life time. Very easy to use, there are 2 settings and warms the room quite quickly. It's small and easy to move around and the design and color suits our modern interior. Would certainly recommend this heater

Excellent
great heater - Rinnai heaters last forever, are easy to service and easy to use. My sister-in-law is using a 30 y.o. Rinnai at the moment and there is nothing wrong with it except it looks dated (plastic woodgrain - when did that ever look good?). Cant recommend this heater enough.

Excellent
A radiant ambience that is cosy, warm and quiet, with a modern design and colour (platinum silver). We simply love it, even our dogs love it. We gave up the avenger 25 for the granada 252. Awesome choice!
The efficient heating system (5.9 stars)is quiet (with or without the fan). Peace of mind - Safety features include oxygen depletion sensor and safety tilt switch. Operates during power failure.

My rinnai titan mk2 flames seams to be going high is that a regular thing?
1 answer
Rinnai A.Rinnai
Thanks for the question chook, if the flame pattern has changed on the heater it's possible that something is disrupting the outlet. If you haven't had a service on the heater recently, this may fix the issue for you. We do recommend a service every 2 years for any gas heater to ensure it is running well.

How economical are these gas heaters? Would a 8.5kg LPG bottle of gas last me all winter with only using the heater for a few hours each night?
2 answers
Hi,
I run mine on Natural Gas, so I don't know anything about how the go on LPG. Maybe Rinnai could help you with that.
I figured it out.. 417 MJ's in a 8.5kg LPG bottle.. so running on the lowest heat setting the specs say it burns 7.5MJ/hr. Therefore 417 divided by 7.5 = 55.6 hrs running time. Not bad!
