I bought an Olympus digital SLR from Ryda.com in May 2022 having seen the camera in a shop in London . A quick scan of the web showed that I was much better off ordering from Ryda than any store in the UK. Not only was the camera cheaper but it came with some extras free, such as a decent camera back pack and a useful wrist strap that has proved far more practical than the supplied Olympus neck strap ( though the wrist strap can be expanded for use as a neck strap as well). Read morees and I was lucky enough to buy the earlier model Olympus at a further discount as two newer models were available. Apart from a mix up with the body colour ( I ordered a black body but was sent a silver one, which I decided to keep) I have been delighted with the camera and have added a review on this website. Ryda has also impressed me with their customer service. A few weeks ago the camera developed a fault and having contacted them their Sales Manager, Christian, personally contacted me to ensure that a repair was carried out by Olympus under warranty . I have now received the camera back in full working order and look forward to using it asap. I highly recommend you take a look at what Ryda.com has to offer.

On 17/10/2020 I ordered some Car entertainment equipment from Ryda Dot Com. One of the items I required was a fascia (FP8439). This item did not show as being in stock but the agent assured me it was.
Delivery was painfully slow and I eventually received a shipment from them today (26/10/2020). The fascia was not included. You can't contact this mob by phone if you've ordered online. So online chat was the only option. They came up with standard excuse #3 (excuse my cynicism) - "It was damaged and they didn't want to send it".

As for delays in shipping, it is easy to blame the current health issues for this but it is truly impacting delivery times. Before i purchased the Garmin BC 30 Wireless Reversing Camera i contacted Ryda.com to make sure the Garmin BC 30 Wireless Reversing Camera was compatible with my Garmin Drive 61 they checked for me and said that it would work fine my Garmin Drive 61.

In the process of buying Garmin Fenix 6's for the wife and myself. Started with the Sunnto ambit 2's and bought Sunntos right up to the Spartan Ultras
Bought all the watches off Ryda. 10 bucks postage to WA and they even send a couple express post. I have all the watches recorded in the online account so it's a no brainer if I need warranty.
Can't see the point spending hours looking around as they have always been the on par or cheaper than the rest.
Bought a Fenix 6s for the wife this morning and got the tracking advice 3 hrs later. Doesn't get much better.

Ryda had stock of a heavily discounted Garmin watch that the big retailers were unable to supply. It was ordered online on Monday afternoon and I had it here in QLD by Thursday for the same price as advertised by JB's. Will shop again with Ryda.

Made an online purchase on 01.06.2020 - It is now the 10.06.2020 and no items received. I have generated two ticket numbers for someone to reply but no reply has been forthcoming. I only live 50 km away, so unless stock levels are not what they claim to be, something less than professional is happening here. Communication is very poor and the person on the 'on-line support' line needs to realise that appropriate feedback and reviews will be left if customers are 'given the flick'.

I would not hesitate in recommending RYDA.com for when anyone is looking into Vehicle Audio upgrades.
My dealings with their staff was helpful for me to choose what I needed to install head deck & speaker upgrade.
Price matching, freight cost and postage time was excellent, even with the transport restrictions in place.
I am now thinking of upgrading my other vehicle's head deck, so will be contacting them in the near future.

Ordered a Garmin Edge 530 only to receive a Edge 520 !! Spoke with the owner who apologised and stated he would post out the correct item for my sons birthday ASAP that had already passed !! Received a call today from some child who is obviously on work experience as he seems to have a mental age of a 10 year old his name is [name removed].
My suggestion to the owner of the store is replace this guy, if he cannot carry out simple instructions and send the device as promised, then packs a sad because he receives a bollocking for being inept just another Snowflake .

Items arrived 4days late, poor packaging near zero to no protection on the packaging, my item arrived with damaged box.
Very frustrating when you paid your hard earn money for an expensive item then the store sent this 200-500mm Nikon lens without protection no extra box, no air bags or thick bubble wrap. The only thing that came with the box was a thin layer of bubble wrap around the gold Nikon box . My last shot with this company really poor way to protect your customer value items. Steer clear!!!

Couldn't get any service at JB Hi-fi which would have been a very easy sale as I knew what I wanted. 20 min standing around... wasn't really happy with the price anyway, so I left and went online.
Came across Ryda.com with the item I wanted at a much cheaper price. This was Friday early afternoon. Called made an enquiry about the product etc... Ordered and paid for it and wasn't expecting it till Tuesday or Wednesday... well I was blown away when I got it the next morning on Saturday 8:15am.

The crazy part is we had the camera in stock all the time, we were missing the 55-250MM additional lens which forms part of the kit for this camera, and is sourced from the largest camera distributor in Australia and was delayed. Our inventory systems are integrated with many of our suppliers, and in most cases, this should provide a better customer experience, but in this case, it did not. Please be assured we don't buy cameras from China to save a few dollars. Furthermore, we do send notifications to our customers, including order confirmations, updates, delays and even feedback requests directly from the Managing Director of the business who reads and responds to all inquiries. We take feedback from our customers very seriously. We aim to have all of our in stock deliveries out on the same day, but sometimes this cannot be achieved. They refunded me on 03/03/20.
After the complaint I submitted, the higher up from Ryda ([name removed]) handled my case professionally, initially I thought they'd never intend to contact me and found out that ebay actually blocked the conversation. Hence the delay in the process. The refund was given after the unit has been sent back to them as per agreed.
Overall experience is acceptable (4/5 stars) for me, eventhough after many hassles, they deliver what they have promised.

Ordered AVH Pioneer with reverse camera. Posted free to WA, fitted the head unit and camera and had issues. Contacted Ryda and Chris K helped me on installation issues then on getting Android Auto to work with an S7. Nothing was too much trouble and after Chris K assisted me all is working. Went there on a weekday afternoon 30mins before closing. Was welcomed by a friendly staff. Hats off to James who helped a newbie like me on my purchased (slimline sub JVC). Explained a couple of things and suggest some recommendations and tips! Even offer me to call them if I got stuck on my installation. Just rare for a business to offer phone support especially they offer the same installation service. Very satisfied and cheap prices.
