Upgrading Your Cars Audio, RYDA's Hard To Beat!
I would not hesitate in recommending RYDA.com for when anyone is looking into Vehicle Audio upgrades.
My dealings with their staff was helpful for me to choose what I needed to install head deck & speaker upgrade.
Price matching, freight cost and postage time was excellent, even with the transport restrictions in place.
I am now thinking of upgrading my other vehicle's head deck, so will be contacting them in the near future.

Incompetent and Inept Mickey Mouse Company
Ordered a Garmin Edge 530 only to receive a Edge 520 !! Spoke with the owner who apologised and stated he would post out the correct item for my sons birthday ASAP that had already passed !! Received a call today from some child who is obviously on work experience as he seems to have a mental age of a 10 year old his name is [name removed].
My suggestion to the owner of the store is replace this guy, if he cannot carry out simple instructions and send the device as promised, then packs a sad because he receives a bollocking for being inept just another Snowflake .

Items arrived 4days late, poor packaging near zero to no protection on the packaging, my item arrived with damaged box.
Very frustrating when you paid your hard earn money for an expensive item then the store sent this 200-500mm Nikon lens without protection no extra box, no air bags or thick bubble wrap. The only thing that came with the box was a thin layer of bubble wrap around the gold Nikon box . My last shot with this company really poor way to protect your customer value items. Steer clear!!!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
Couldn't get any service at JB Hi-fi which would have been a very easy sale as I knew what I wanted. 20 min standing around... wasn't really happy with the price anyway, so I left and went online.
Came across Ryda.com with the item I wanted at a much cheaper price. This was Friday early afternoon. Called made an enquiry about the product etc... Ordered and paid for it and wasn't expecting it till Tuesday or Wednesday... well I was blown away when I got it the next morning on Saturday 8:15am.
Love Ryda.com and my entire experience

The crazy part is we had the camera in stock all the time, we were missing the 55-250MM additional lens which forms part of the kit for this camera, and is sourced from the largest camera distributor in Australia and was delayed. Our inventory systems are integrated with many of our suppliers, and in most cases, this should provide a better customer experience, but in this case, it did not. Please be assured we don't buy cameras from China to save a few dollars. Furthermore, we do send notifications to our customers, including order confirmations, updates, delays and even feedback requests directly from the Managing Director of the business who reads and responds to all inquiries. We take feedback from our customers very seriously. We aim to have all of our in stock deliveries out on the same day, but sometimes this cannot be achieved. Refunded faulty dashcam.

They refunded me on 03/03/20.
After the complaint I submitted, the higher up from Ryda ([name removed]) handled my case professionally, initially I thought they'd never intend to contact me and found out that ebay actually blocked the conversation. Hence the delay in the process. The refund was given after the unit has been sent back to them as per agreed.
Overall experience is acceptable (3/5 stars) for me.
I may come back for my future purchases.

Great Service
Ordered AVH Pioneer with reverse camera. Posted free to WA, fitted the head unit and camera and had issues. Contacted Ryda and Chris K helped me on installation issues then on getting Android Auto to work with an S7. Nothing was too much trouble and after Chris K assisted me all is working. Excellent service and experience
Went there on a weekday afternoon 30mins before closing. Was welcomed by a friendly staff. Hats off to James who helped a newbie like me on my purchased (slimline sub JVC). Explained a couple of things and suggest some recommendations and tips! Even offer me to call them if I got stuck on my installation. Just rare for a business to offer phone support especially they offer the same installation service. Very satisfied and cheap prices.

Excellent multimedia unit, great service.
bought the kenwood 9019 unit with reverse cam for my subaru to help modernise the feel of my car, it was real easy to fit with the Aerpro vehicle harness connectors. Now I have android auto, wireless connection and can use Spotify every time I get in my car. The functionality of this unit is awesome and so many features. I fitted the kenwood dash cam and is amazing. I also now have a reverse camera finally.
If you want a modern unit with all the latest tech then the kenwood 9019 is for you, Ryda also has the cheapest units and very helpful, I rang for information on what I would need and helped with everything, buying online was so easy and simple and delivery was in like 3 days door to door.

Great service
I have bought Pioneer car stereo unit from the Petersham store and they have also installed it at the same place.
Unit was working fine for 3 weeks but later on intermittently the car stereo would not turn on.
On other occasions it would turn on and it was working without problems.
I have recorded the issue and showed videos to the guys in the store. They have offered to replace the unit with the newer model. Initially the new unit worked fine but later the same issue started occurring.
Actually all these issues with the original unit and the new unit were caused by my flat car battery (which I did not know at the time).
After the car battery has been replaced the unit works perfectly with no issues.

I ordered a Garmin GPS watch a week or so ahead of a trip where I wanted to use it as RYDA had the best price. Then I filled in my billing information wrong and got caught by an auto-credit card alert. They called me personally, double checked my address, and upgraded shipping to make sure I'd get it in time even though the delay was my fault - great service!

10 weeks of faulty product
I've been battling since August to have a faulty remote control replaced. Twice they've sent me back a different, but still faulty replacements. BOSS audio head-unit is just rubbish. I am sure they're not even bothering to check these before they return them.

ranty issue has being going on for over 3 months now!. A refund of the original purchase does not cover the many hours of installation or the months of frustration in trying to get you to honour the warranty. Bad customer service and quality of product
Terrible customer service and quality of product. Purchased a subwoofer that was faulty, no matter how much I told them it was professionally tuned and setup correctly, still said it was a user error.
I recommend buying from your local audio store with REAL warranties.

I bought many items from their eBay store as well as online store and no issues so far (has been a customer for a very long time). Purchases were usually arrived within three working days and their prices are very competitive. I dont trust online store with purchases on items over a few thousand dollars but I do with these guys.

Worst customer experience
I really wish I was part of the happy customer club but my experience with them was terrible. I have to place the order for my company using the director's credit card. Fistly, I place an order online which advertised free shipping, but in checkout it doesn't deduct the shipment cost. Fine, its not working, so I choose to pick up order. n't do it over the phone, I had to place the order online. So I placed the order again, same card, same details, And it works! Hallelujah! I receive an email with the opening hours of the store. I go there on Saturday, introduce myself as the one who placed the order twice the day before, explain what item I ordered and showed them the confirmation order on the phone, and was there with my pregant sister. They wouldn't give me the order as I was not the owner of the credit card. Even though I proved them I was the one who placed the order! The director has no time to go and fetch orders for his company, I clearly proved I was the one placing the order, they never mentioned to bring the credit card at pick up. They had absolutely not sense of customer service and almost had an attitude to them. It was horrendous to be in that shop. OH and it is refunded in 7 days. I vow to never go there again. Unable to post an online item!
Ordered a GPS online and paid.
I received an email stating that they don't deliver to a post box.
I have a post box because Australia Post leaves items at the door when they are not supposed to. Yes many items have gone missing this way. Hence i have a PO Box.
Update your systems.....
Have since been advised that it will be taken to Post office by alternate addresses will update.

Having said that we DO deliver to PO Boxes and this is clearly stated on our website, we only ask for a more secure form of payment.
