Smoke when opening the heater door
Recently had this model installed by professional installer and each time we open the door to reload more wood the house fills with smoke to the extent of setting of the fire alarm. Can anyone offer a solution to this major problem as we have asthmatic health issues. I open the door very slowly but dose not make any difference. Have extended the flue now outside flue is 2.5 mts but still no improvement?
