Firstly getting online quotes was a simple & easy process. The pricing was very competitive to our other quotes received & way cheaper than our existing insurer. Then Customer Service phoned & we completed all the other required details to finalise the policy which was done with good knowledge & efficiency.

Emma was a delight and a credit to her company whilst following all company protocols. It was a pleasure to conduct business with this young lady who due to Covid 19 was working from home. Well done Emma!

I rang for a quote on my Contents insurance and received quote from very helpful lady who than rang back a couple of days later when requested and completed my quote. Would definitely recommend them

I recently needed to make a claim for hail damage to my home and car. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My home was made safe the same day and repairs were made within a couple of weeks, only waiting for a skylight. Hail damage was very organised, booked in for repair and my car was returned looking brand new. And the cleanest it was since new!
Definitely recommended.

This is the best decision I made reckon mend them to any one funeral and contents value-for-money so happy with customer service and support set up was easy i got the help i needed

Home and contents Insurance beat my other insurer in price and I couldn't be happier. Their Insurance covers everything I need and I feel I've made the right choice. Staff member Melissa was a great help and very patient. Hopefully I won't need to make a claim in the future but I feel this will be an easy transition.
