Yes . In my opinion the policy was good value. And Julie was very easy to communicate with. As I am a new customer I really appreciated certain things being explained.

Mina was excellent going through each of the policies methodically and explaining clearly the pluses and minuses of each policy. although it took one and half hours to cover all of the policies this was because poor Mina was required to repeat all of the information each time as well as obtain my information five times over which l strongly recommend should be looked at as over done given that the details were unchanged and obtained with the first policy therefore no need to repeat five times. Not Mina's fault and she was very diligent in having to repeat herself over and over again.

The policy was great value and easy to access. I have never thought of comparing prices before, have stayed with the same company, but due to financial stress I decided to compare,so glad I did.

The representative was very clear in explaining the PDS of the policy. A very competitive price compared to other policies and a huge difference in the invoice sent for my renewal from current insurer.
