First time I ordered from here I ordered a black jacket for $100. Was AWFUL quality, completely unwearable and too small so I had to return it. Got a credit note for it which was fine. But then second time I ordered from them the dress was thin, terrible quality and see through. Still had credit leftover after that so decided to buy myself a birthday dress. Ordered a Size 10 like I do in EVERY shop/online store and it didn’t even fit over one of my legs! Seemed like a size 6 :( extremely upset with this brand and the clothing, been disappointed 3/3 times when ordering from them and then having to pay for returns also. Cannot believe they’re charging the prices they do as well, please I suggest not wasting your money

I ordered a dress for a party on Friday but the size was a bit smaller than what it looked like and I needed to exchange it; however the new dress wouldn’t have arrived in time. I spoke to the lovely customer service team and they said I could order a new dress and send the other one back and they would process me a full refund instead of store credit seeing as I was really short on time. That’s not normally how they process exchanges so I really appreciate the help! The dress was also beautiful and I can’t wait to wear the new one

Website is easy to navigate through. Purchase is simple with many payment options. Discounts provided - everyone loves a discount. Delivery was super quick. Most importantly though, the dress was true to its picture. Size was a bit off, measurements didn't measure up so I had to return for a different size but I received a refund rather than a store credit which was amazing. Return was simple and quick as was the application of a refund. Amazing service with very quick responses. I love this site and I love the team.

I thought I didn't receive one of my items from my order (I realised later that I actually had it but I didn't look properly) so I emailed them and they replied within an hour, I was so pleased and they asked what was missing so that they could send it to me. Very organised and friendly!! And the order itself was high quality and very affordable.

Used to always buy from here. Lately the quality of the clothing is just poor. Made in China clothing is always cheap. Yet we pay $60+ For a dress? Oh wait and if you want a refund you get store credit? Too much has changed for the pricing to stay the same. Totally not worth it.

But then, three days after they sent me an email saying that the dress is out of stock and it happens when people shop the same thing at the same time...
