8.99 to return items
And
Only store credit

I fell for it big time.

Purchased an item that wasn't quite the right fit and due to the current COVID-19 situation had some issues getting to the post office for returning. Even though it was after the 14 days I emailed Showpo and within 10 minutes they had replied letting me know that if I returned it within the next 30 days there would be no hassle. Absolutely amazing company and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I have all 5 of the Meet the Parents Dress in a size 16 and they are all different length, size and quality. The quality has gotten worse but they all cost the same price and you cannot get refunds. I did love Showpo but don’t like to buy from them now the sizes and quality are just all I’ve the place.

Have to say hands down the first company that I have received exceptional service from. I had an issue with a credit/refund and emailed late night mid week. With in 10 minutes I had a reply and my issue was rectified. I was not even expecting a reply until the following day. Beyond happy and would shop with showpo again.

I bought the Sorrento Dreaming dress in white linen in size 12 and it fit like a dream! My order came so quickly and it looks so amazing on me! It was supposed to be used for a baptism but it got canceled so I used it for a brunch date!

Showpo is probably one of the few fashion companies that still has a focus on an amazing customer service experience. I had a recent dealing with returning a dress and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I can’t recommend enough as good customer service is so important & so hard to come by these days

Product not true to size at all, colour was so off the photo had clearly been highly edited, service afterwards was disgusting . Don’t shop here especially plus size girls. Quality of clothing is ok

Not only did my package come MUCH quicker than expected.. When I needed to return some items, their customer service team was extremely understanding of my situation and they were so kind! I just placed my order for my new items, using the store credit from my return, and I’m hoping for another quick and seamless process.

This people don’t want to make my refund. They put my refund on the showpo account and I don’t want that because I don’t want to buy anymore in this store. I tell the agent to make my refund to my bank account and she didn’t want! Please make my refund now!!!! I never used the dress!! Waste money and don’t trust!!

Showpo has really cute clothes but they’re pretty pricey especially considering that the quality is questionable. I bought the steaming ahead dress and one of the sleeves broke the first time I wore it. I also got a pair of check pants and while I still have a button for the zipper, the actual little metal hook where you clip the right side of the zipper into broke off straight away. I’m also usually a size 8 in skirts but only one of the two skirts I bought fit so I had to return the other. I’d only buy showpo clothes if they were on sale to make it worth buying

Not symmetrical, uneven & cuts into my breasts.
The Wrap is uneven, the straps are uneven, wrap for the breast is not symmetrical.
I can't really put it in for a return as it is for a wedding, that is this coming week.
Its now being fixed up, altered by a seamstress, It's going to cost me a lot more than the dress is now.

No custom charges and came in about 2 weeks to Canada. I thought the products were good quality and I’m happy with my purchases so I ordered again! The site was easy to navigate and the sizes worked out well

Bought a couple of bridesmaid dressed from here but unfortunately we changed our minds about the style / colour we wanted (dresses themselves were gorgeous and amazing quality fabric). Showpo were happy to offer me a store credit upon return. When they received the dresses they initially only gave me half the credit I was owing so I emailed them and literally within the hour they had corrected the amount on my account. Really appreciated Showpo!
