Meredith and the 'Team' at Sleepy's West Gosford, were exceptional with their personalized service, knowledge of their product and follow up on delivery and installation. A pleasure to shop there with Meredith offering excellent Customer Service and friendly and caring attitude. Highly recommended if you're in the market for quality beds.

The staff at Sleepys Carindale spent time explaining the different qualities and how they fit my Sons need as a growing teenager. We also checked other stores disappointed at the service levels and care taken in comparison to Sleepys'. We immediately came back to Sleepys and purchased the mattress. They notified us of when the mattress would be ready, and called us back when it was. Wonderful customer service that is sadly lacking by others today. Thanks Sleepys Carindale you were great in your knowledge and superior attitude to customer service.

Sales rep was Very helpful and honest and knew which mattress was most suited to us. She was happy to help us even though it was at nearly closing time. Would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the service, attention, information and advice we got, particularly from Chris. Staff there do work as a team but were definitely helpful and not pushy.
We spent some time in the store on two occasions and did not feel rushed into making a decision.
Chris kept us informed on delivery of the mattress and we were contacted to ensure all went well.
We've slept on the mattress ( Sleepy's Jade firm pocket spring queen size) for 2 weeks and the comfort level has been very good. The 60 day exchange policy is unlikely to be needed, but it is a great back up.

Only downfall is the delivery couriers, unfortunately bed was delivered at 10:30pm when I was told between 5-8 which was ruff but not looking at that small aspect but the service as a whole so again very happy.
