Smart House Solar were fabulous. Kept us updated regularly on the installation of panels. Phoned when they said they would and installers arrived on time, great guys, very polite and cleaned everything up. Poor guys had a hard time with thunder, lightening and heavy rain, still got the job done.

I had Solax inverter faild a month ago, and Pearl is trying to solve the problem. although we had bit of dramas, she tried really hard to solve the problem.

Overall process was great!! This is all new to us, a bit of issue with wifi fix but was solved thanks to Michelle for keeping in touch to make sure it all worked out fine.... recommending Smarthouse to our friends..

Installed within a day, minimal impact on us, just needed someone at home. No issues with the company so far. Haven’t switch on the panels yet so can’t comment on the operation of the system.

Process was slightly lengthy and installation took 8 weeks, but overall was a good experience. Home is generating clean energy now at maximum efficiency! Installation was clean and fast :) We are happy with our new system!

The service with Smart House Solar with Harry and Mitchell was very efficient, informative and helpful. They kept us up to date with what was happening every step of the way. I am very pleased with this part of the process. They continue to be available with queries we have had since installation a few days ago. I am not as impressed with the local installers - the installation itself was smooth, however seemed a bit unforthcoming with information when questions were asked. Total newbies to this and would have like a bit more advice on how to maximise the efficiency of the system and linking up to the app for our devices. Overall a good experience, will wait for the electricity bills to come In to see how we are going.

Everything seems to be satisfactory but the company did repeatedly hound me to do this review. Apart from that everything else was average or just above average. The display panel is very hard to read.
