Staff were extremely professional and courteous. Jo walked me through the process and happily answered any questions. The 3D scan was so simple and easy. Tayla checked my scans before I left the appointment just to check they had everything, and that is great quality control.

Went in today to get my 3D scan and I was greeted by a lovely staff, Melanie was the one that did my scan and she was awesome explained every step of the process and how everything works, highly recommended if anyone was thinking of going with them.

Mel was quite thorough with the examination, she was polite and very helpful. She walked me through the whole process of the examination and how smile direct work. It was very informative.

It was an awesome experience and they definitely made me feel at ease. I have never done anything like this before so it was great being able to feel comfortable! Jo was awesome! She was very nice

I went to the Tuggerah store for my 3D scan. The ladies there were very friendly and helpful. They explained the whole process (scan and what would happen after) and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend see them for your clear aligners.
