I've had a number of appointments with the Perth, WA Smile Shop with Smile Direct, each appointment has been flawless. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My most recent appointment was with Ashleigh, a very cool, friendly lady. I highly recommend the Perth, WA Smile Direct Smile Shop.

When I joined up the staff were helpful and positive. After 6 months I would have straight teeth. I signed up and payed and after a delayed 2 months and many emails and phone calls asking why it was taking so long ( most emails were ignored) I received my aligners. They fit fine and I started the process. At 6 months as I finished my last set of aligners my teeth were still crooked. I contacted them and after weeks of back and forth emails and getting a different person replying each time I rang them and complained. They finally relented and C...

Staff are friendly which helped make the process super easy and straightforward. Didn't really know what I wanted to change about my teeth other than the fact I wanted a nice/new smile. They were extremely helpful in this aspect advising me on what changes I could make.

I was very wel informed of what the process was about. And honestly some of the nicest staff to interact with they made the experience ( which I was dreading cause I hate my teeth ) a whole lot easier and made me open up a bit more.

Staff were fantastic. I had a great visit that was very informative and professional.
I can’t wait for my aligners to come in the mail and start my journey to achieve my perfect smile.

All good at this stage. Very friendly people to talk to. Very quick and easy consult. Looking forward to seeing my girls new smile. She already has a smile on her face in anticipation.

I arrived late to my appointment but the girls managed to fit me in and were very professional.
The appointment was quick and straightforward answered all my questions I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Well smiledirect club staff was amazing . The lady really listened all things which i was suffering because of my teeth. I got a little bit emotional but she said you will get your smile back . It was the first time for me and I’m really happy. Perfect service!!

Friendly and professional service. My consultant explained all the steps involoved which made the process easy to understand. The room in which the consultation took place was very professional looking and i loves the free teeth whitening kit and information packages.

Job well done. I must say she was smooth in the process. To the point, personable yet easy to understand and totally won me over once I saw what was possible and that my particular issues were apparently completely changeable. That made me so happy! So it's without saying it was easy step forward for me.

Easy access, perfect clean clinic room, ease of assement to product into given was excellent. I didn't feel rushed. Ashleigh was so sweet and kind. Great customer service. Iwould recommend

After considering braces I saw an ad on T.V and made an appointment. I was booked in the next day. Going to my appointment the staff were friendly and professional. I found the service much easier than I was expecting and it was quick friendly and straight forward. Staff were professional and knowledgable.

I was very impressed with the setup. My Smile Guide, Ashleigh, was super friendly & helpful, she took all the necessary health & safety precautions & made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with the technology, it was super easy & painless, & I'm so thankful not to have to do the moulding. I've tried other products in the past which worked but were way more expensive & this is a much more affordable option. Ashleigh talked me through everything & I'm really looking forward to getting started!

I met with Ashleigh this morning for my first consultation and scan. She was very professional, friendly and COVID conscious. I felt really comfortable and am looking forward to seeing the result of my plan and getting started with the aligners.
