I went in for a visit even though I have finished my treatment there was a couple of things I asked to be tweaked. Ashleigh was very welcoming & understanding, during the process she told me everything she was going to do before she did it, and her instructions to me were easy to follow. Ashleigh made me feel at ease with her welcoming nature during my visit! I have enjoyed all of my experiences I have had at the SmileDirect clinic in Perth, WA, with both Ashleigh & Stephanie. I would definitely recommend this treatment to everyone!

I had my consultation with Ashleigh yesterday. She was easy to talk to and really informative. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I’m so excited for a straighter smile.

When I first got there I was told I came a week early, which was my bad, but the staff there, especially Ashleigh were very supportive and actually were able to get me in early that same day. Through out the process Asheligh made everything very easy to understand and went through everything I needed to know for my journey. They have excellent staff and great communication skills, and want the best for their customers, I was more than pleased with their service and can't wait for future success!!!

Angelica was super helpful, this was such an easy process. The appointment answered all of my questions, watching the 3D image appear was very cool. I can’t wait to start my journey.

My appointment today was with Angelina and Adda. Angelina did my scan and explained clearly the process of the scan. I'm happy with the total procedure of the scan and hopefully it will lead me to have better smiles .

I had my consult with Ashleigh who was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so so comfortable! She has the best customer service skills and is amazing! Was a little hesitant at first but after my consultation with Ashleigh I'm very excited to begin my treatment.

After signing in and submitting some info, I was straight on to the consultation. Ashleigh showed us what I would get, how to use it, explained the pricing, and took a scan, which was quite cool to watch. Very well done and can't wait to get started!

I had my initial consultation today, i was a little nervous but the lady working was super nice and we pretty much just chatted about gardens the whole time. She answered every question I could think of and I can’t wait for my kit to arrive and to get started.

Very professional, was having a bit of trouble getting aligners to fit my teeth (ie my teeth weren’t moving as fast as the aligners). An appt was made very quickly & this showed me they cared about my outcome, not just making a sale.

Lovely experience this morning with the staff at Perth's smile shop. Ashleigh was very kind, thorough and helpful with all my questions. Looking forward to recieving my aligners next month

When there is an issue they don’t try get out of it. They cover the expense and make sure you receive what you pay for, with great ease!

Staff are friendly and courteous.

My visit to the smile direct club was positive. My smile guide was very friendly, professional and was able to answer all my questions.

A couple of negatives though: I was given a $25.00 gift card when the promotion was $35.00

Also payment for my aligners was taken within 3 days of my visit, however I haven’t had any more communication regarding shipment in over a week.

I had the best experience with smiledirectclub today and thanks to my smile guide Ashleigh she has given me hope and confidence that i am going to have the smile i have always wanted.

Ashleigh served me in the Perth Smile shop and it was great! Very fast, informative and was very friendly! Did the scans, answered any questions I had and I'm excited for what is to come.

My experience was quick and easy with the ladies being professional and polite. I was really happy with how comfortable I felt and assured that I was going to get the best treatment possible. I am already pretty happy with my smile journey so far and I hope it continues to go this way! Also very happy that it is all completely covered!
